If you see any errors or omissions in the CD information shown above, either in the musician credits or song listings (cover song credits, live tracks, etc.), please post them in the corrections section of the Heavy Harmonies forum/message board.

The music discographies on this site are works in progress. If you notice that a particular Fortress CD release or compilation is missing from the list above, please submit that CD using the CD submission page. The ultimate goal is to make the discographies here at Heavy Harmonies as complete as possible. Even if it is an obscure greatest-hits or live compilation CD, we want to add it to the site. Please only submit official CD releases; no bootlegs or cassette-only or LP-only releases.

EPs and CD-singles from Fortress are also welcome to be added, as long as they are at least 4 songs in length.

This is somewhat of a supposed classic. To my knowledge this has never been officially released on CD-My vinyl copy is still in great condition. I really cannot see what the fuss was about with this release its OK and thats about it. The songs IMO are not classic and I certainly havn't played it in a long while.

Another period AOR classic from 1981, with hints of southern fried rock and good old arena rock thrown in to boot. More AOR than boogie, but has their influences ranging from early Shooting Star (without the keys and violins) to a more radio friendly Molly Hatchet.

This album was never officially released on CD, but a vinyl-cd transfer is available from cdbaby.com. This site also had extensive notes about the band & album for people who are interested.

Agree with Rockhead, I bought this album once .. sold it, then bought it again...and sold it again! Looking at the sleeve you think ... well the guy up front - Foreigner AOR look, to the left of him..kinda Styx pomp look, guy at the back Head East kind of look, and the guy at the front ... I guess old Neal Schon look...how can you go wrong??? I bought it and it just struck me as dull. A few years later I bought it again dirt cheap and still came to the same conclusion. The sleeve deceives!!

It's more of a Southern/AOR album of the early 80's. Nice sound, I like the southern feel in the guitars. Coming after you, Kisses and Mystery are great songs, but the rest is from ok to filler. Nothing great but worth getting for nice price and surely not that bad that you should have to sell it (oh give me a break)
