unfortunately i havent heard this one yet but i remember reading a couple of reviews claiming that this album is one of the best westcoast albums ever released in history(!?).any comments on this,it will be very much appreciated.

From: peter poland Date: March 14, 2004 at 7:56
This record is worth a gettin'. Very similiar to Time Gallery, East to west and TOys of joy etc. If you like that kind of AOR you won't be dissapoint 8/10

From: aorjocke Date: March 14, 2004 at 8:28
For me it's more like the Planet 3 kind of Westcoast rock, maybe a little bit softer overall, but a very good album and the production is worldclass! The song "Tokyo Woman" is an exellent start of the album..pure class!"Say You Love Me" is little more AOR while the "Holding Back The Tears" is an pure Planet 3 ballad...SUPER! So if you like the Planet 3 album, you should own this too!

Splendid record. A mix of Little River Band and The President. Wayne Nelson is an awesome singer.

From: Rycheage Date: May 28, 2004 at 12:07
There are some gorgeous West Coast oriented tunes on this L.A Cowboys CD. Even more commercial than Planet 3, but more AOR than Chicago's 90's material for instance. If you think along the lines of those two, plus Airplay, Maxus etc, then we're on the same page. An essential West Coast album for all melodic/AOR fans.

From: TIM (2) Date: June 2, 2004 at 9:47
Awesome stuff, particularly the last track with Joseph Williams on vocals. Probably not quite as good as Planet 3, and a touch smoother, but still great. Not sure this ever got a European release, so is probably hard to get now, but if you love Wescoast then this is for you.

Un rollazo. Me esperaba mucho más

From: HaremScarem Date: April 24, 2006 at 13:14

From: HaremScarem Date: April 24, 2006 at 13:19
"Aubree`s melody" es otro gran tema, con un sólo de saxo también de lo más elegante, y "Endless Summer" además de dar título al disco es una gran canción, en la línea de todo el disco, cuyo sonido es auténtico West-Coast/AOR, suave pero mágico, veraniego y californiano. WEST-COAST CLASSIC. 9,25/10

I Don't know if this band is still around today. But if they are, do they want to buy LACOWBOYS.COM off me???? cause' I own it and I'll sell it to them. Let me know ay? j.

From: glamjunkie Date: June 5, 2006 at 0:38
did your dream sporting franchise fail? how about we trade web addresses? I'll take the www.lacowboys.com name off your hands and give it to the band in-exchange for the www.imascammingbastardwebsquatter.com domain name.

One of the best production I've ever heard!Amazing songs from start to finish. This is Music with the big M.

From: ehyder Date: April 3, 2007 at 19:24
Probably the best Westcoast - AOR album of the 90's. The only one that can compare is "I'm Alive" from Joseph Williams. Still this one is always a real joy to listen to... 10 magnificent songs: pearls of melody everywhere, incredible vocals and crystal clear production. if you find it you cannot miss this one !

From: juan carlos Date: November 13, 2007 at 20:54
Westcoast AOR muy elegante. Es un discazo y escucharlo mientras te relajas o desestresas es mejor aun. Grande HaremScarem jeje.. Todo queda resumido a lo que dices, hasta en los temas. Altamente Recomendado y punto. 9.3/10

From: ROBERT Date: November 23, 2007 at 20:27
Absolutamente Genial este Disco, pero: ¿Donde estan los discos del Genio d RICHARD MARX?

From: PODEROSO YIRO Date: March 10, 2008 at 21:14
I think this album is a real masterpiece. Westcoast AOR with the finest quality is what you can find here. Like it was mentionated, the sound goes in the vein of PLANET 3 mainly, but we can hear influences of bands like CHICAGO, TOTO, and TIME GALLERY, and this could not be a bad thing. All the album keeps a great level, but some tracks really shine: The opening "Tokyo Woman" is a very catchy song; the beautiful "Endless Summer" is the perfect song to dedicate to the girl you are in love with...

From: PODEROSO YIRO Date: March 10, 2008 at 21:21
It´s impossible to be angry everytime you hear "Say You Love Me" (with those Beach Boys esque Chorus); The powerful ballad "Holding Back The Tears" is totally PLANET 3!; "Terra" is a very beautiful and smooth ballad and finally "Something In My Heart" is another highlight in this album. This is one of the albums that makes you a real addict of this style!

From: lost-soul Date: August 17, 2008 at 3:41
Really good westcoast cd. The highlights for me are "Eye Of The Storm", "Tokyo Woman", "Know Me By Heart", "Aubree's Melody" and "Something In My Heart". Definetly worth getting for any AOR/westcoast fan.
