The music discographies on this site are works in progress. If you notice that a particular Gilby Clarke CD release or compilation is missing from the list above, please submit that CD using the CD submission page. The ultimate goal is to make the discographies here at Heavy Harmonies as complete as possible. Even if it is an obscure greatest-hits or live compilation CD, we want to add it to the site. EPs and CD-singles from Gilby Clarke are also welcome to be added, as long as they are at least 4 songs in length.

If you like Gilby or Kill For Thrills this is well worth having even if it's just for all the great guest musicians.

I really like all of Gilby's solo stuff, but this one's still my favorite. Catchy, almost poppy at times, hard rock with a little bit o' sleaze added. Check out Axl Rose's distinctive backing vocals on "Dead Flowers". Makes you wish G 'N R did a little more while Gilby was in the band.

A very aquired taste. My taste buds are still well away, but if you like Izzy's album you might like this. I personally think it's about as good as receiving a pen in your eye.

This is in my my "top 5" C.D.'s. There is a little bit of everything on this album from "hard rocking" Cure Me Or Kill Me to "pop" Johanna's Chopper. All the original songs are well written and performed, the weakest song in my opinion is the cover of Jail Guitar Doors. Gilby has a warm vocal style and is one of those rare musicians that just "gets" what Rock & Roll is about.

A cool album overall, not a majestic one but if you like raunchy Rock & Roll Bar songs ala Guns & Roses then this release is for you..."Tijuana Jail" is one hell of a song and by far the best cut of the album...some other good moments are tracks 1,2,6 & 11...enjoyable stuff...85/100
