Nov. 13, 2024: 25,000th CD added to Heavy Harmonies!

The 25,000th CD has been added here at HH, and the album with that distinction is the new comeback album from Krokus lead singer Marc Storace, entitled Crossfire.

If you see any errors or omissions in the CD information shown above, either in the musician credits or song listings (cover song credits, live tracks, etc.), please post them in the corrections section of the Heavy Harmonies forum/message board.

The music discographies on this site are works in progress. If you notice that a particular The Stand CD release or compilation is missing from the list above, please submit that CD using the CD submission page. The ultimate goal is to make the discographies here at Heavy Harmonies as complete as possible. Even if it is an obscure greatest-hits or live compilation CD, we want to add it to the site. Please only submit official CD releases; no bootlegs or cassette-only or LP-only releases.

EPs and CD-singles from The Stand are also welcome to be added, as long as they are at least 4 songs in length.

Does ANYONE know anything about this release. The smallest info would be quite grateful! Cheers.

From: Ludezu Date: September 7, 2004 at 6:30
Well David, I can't tell you much about this cd except that it consists of demos and that it is very hard to find. I do know that The Stand released two more cd's : "Heartbreak Town" (1990) and "In Three Days" (1992). The music on those cd's is not hardrock : it's more like AOR. It's difficult to compare them with another band, maybe Idle Cure is a good comparison.

This band The Stand didn't release any other albums/CD. The one written above by Ludezu (Heartbreak Town and In Three Days) were released by a totally different band which is also named The Stand. I'm 100% sure about that. And this is not CCM. Just because they thank their Creator in the credits, that already made them CCM. And here are the musicians: Tim Fair: Guitar, BV; Jeff Garrison: Bass, BV; Spiro Alexander: Lead Vocal; Nat Kerr: Keyboards, BV; Joey D'Amico: Drums, BV. Aside from that, this is worth tracking for. I really enjoy every song on this CD. It has some Bon Jovi/Loverboy type of songs on them.
