Good record, but I don't rate it that high because all we get here are covers ! A pity ! Original material would made this a very solid effort ! |

Perfect World is a great example of traditional melodic rock and AOR being brought into new territory with the help of some excellent production techniques and the adopting of some current pop and rock covers to a more melodic rock feel. A job well done and another highlight in the career of Kelly Hansen. |

This is quite a bit lighter than my normal listening fare, but I find myself enjoying this one more & more with each listen.I always enjoyed Kelly Hansen's vocals with Hurricane, and he shines here as well. VERY cool covers of Pink's "Like a Pill" and the LeAnn Rimes hit "I Need You". If you really enjoy the AOR/Power Pop sound, this one will suit you just fine. |

I think this is terrible. These are all covers of average songs, except "Just Like a Pill" which sounds ok. The production is muddy at best, and I'd always thought Hansen was a good vocalist but just listen to him struggle on "I Need You"... Where are the high notes? What a mess, and a million miles from the Vertigo project that Grossi produced before this. |

I don't think this one is as good as some of the other similar projects going around these days, but that said I don't think it's bad at all. 'Here with me' is a gem and 'Just like a pill' is awesome too. There are a lot of pretty damn good tracks here and Kelly's vocals sound awesome. I guess I'm in a good position because I NEVER listen to radio and don't know any of these songs previously. To me this is a good solid melodic rock CD and I'd give upraised thumbs. |

Añadiendo que mis favoritas son: "Here With Me" "Just Like a Pill" pegajosa versión, "I Believe in You" "You'll Be Gone" La mejor del disco para mí, "Someday Soon" Buenísima balada donde Hansen canta un sentimiento agradable y "I Need You". Los demas temas no sobresalen como estas a mi criterio. Saludos. |

Uninteresting. Almost all songs are mid tempo or ballads. No passion. Hansen must have died of boredom singing tis stuff. Avoid! |
