Now this is the shit. 4/5 of the original members are back and it makes the difference. It sounds old but that's just the style I like it. Michael has written the best tracks in years and his playing is like it used to be. Barden don't push his vocals but he doesn't have to. The joy of playing music is everywhere on this album. "City Lights", "Summer Days", "Night To Remember" and "Nana" are my current faves. Production is a bit lacking but won't ruin anything. Like phoenix Schenker has (again) risen from the problems he's had lately. |

Gary Barden is a better barsinger. |

Is this really a 2,008 release? Noone can believe their eyes if they see this line-up.To me,it's a nightmare.I want Schenker have younger and right members to play something nice and new. |

Yuck! Almost every song sounds the same, so the CD just drones along, much like Gary Barden. MSG put out some good stuff in the early '80's, but this CD just shows how long ago that was. Schenker is a has-been, surrounding himself with other has-beens who're desperate enough for work that they forgot they can't stand him. |

Don't like this at all. I think it's the voice. Get Robin back in the mix and restore your career. Not recommended at all. Bored to tears actually. |

This and Asia's 'Phoenix' are easily the worst two albums I've heard this year, and the fact is that you could swap any song over from album to album and no one would notice. They both suck for exactly the same reasons - boring, slow dreary peices of uninspired shit, imo. There is not a decent hook or chorus on the two albums combined. Sorry to be so harsh, but this is just pure crap. |

yea, i agree with tenticle on this one! this is old school msg for sure. mikes playing is great and the songs have a purple, rainbow feel to them. you guys who thank this is boring must be dead because this is far from boring. listen to the whole cd a few times instead of just skimming through it. schenker a has been? get a grip, mike on a bad day is better than most of these yea who's playing today. and comparing asia to msg is comparing apples to oranges it's not fucking close! so quit listening to the bubble gum pussy rock and treat your ear's to some good ole classic msg!!!!! 9/10 sluss oooooooooooooout |

Gee, I kinda like it. It doesn't sound like classic MSG, but that doesn't mean it's bad. It's pretty rockin'. |

Very good return to form! Fast paced songs with great vocals from Mr Barden! I haven't a particular favourite but I Want You stands out. 89/100 |
