Pretty good album with a very interesting line up...Above average. |

Wild Horses were always a slight letdown for me. The talent was definitely there, but I always thought Jimmy Bain's vocals as well as the sonwriting were rather weak. |
From: Axelinger | Date: November 11, 2003 at 18:35 |
True, Bain's vocals weren't the greatest (Steve Perry actually contacted Bain & Robertson about being the singer for the band, but it never materialized for some reason or another), but Robertson's guitar work alone makes owning this worthwhile... |

a must have thanks. |

A solid bluesy rock Cd featuring some good guitar. Worth tracking down is the Zoom re-issue that features 2 bonus tracks. Wild Horses were definately BRITISH. |

A bit less consistent than the band's first effort but quite close to it at the end..."I'll Give You Love"(rocks!),"In The City","Stand Your Ground","The Axe" & "Stake Out" are my faves...there are 2 re-issues of this album, one by Zoom Club and the other by Krescendo Records, both with different bonus tracks...78/100 |
