If fact leftovers, but still HEAD AND SHOULDERS ABOVE ANY COMPETITION !!!!!!! This is the BEST BAND EVER !!!!!! Perfect hardrock with some AOR and pomp influences ! PHENOMENAL BAND !!! |

AOR Freaky....bang on! In fact I prefer this to Firepower!!! Superb! |

I think "the best band ever" tag is a little strong!! This was to be the 4th album but was shelved at the time when the band took a break. They came back with Out on Bail so I can see why this was left on the shelf as it does not compare to OOB or indeed A diamond is. It is definately an album of its time (late 70's/early 80's). Not bad but compared to other releases of the time it would have been an also ran. Sound is fine for effectively demo's. One for fans only |

Best Band Ever - not really, although they have released some fine albums over the years & going by the new tracks on the 'Best Of..' album released last year, the new one should be a corker aswell. This is pretty good for a demo/unreleased album, and as Nick C rightly states, is better than 'Firepower'(I'd also add the really disappointing 'The Wish' album to that list aswell). Got this as part of the limited edition 4 disc Box set a few years back along with the first 3 albums. Good Stuff!! |

Jez Ahhh! The ltd edition box set...how the wound hurts!!! I bought all the four seperate and just after I collected the lot (less than a month) the box set was released!!! Grrr! I guess it was cheap enough to buy but it's the principle!!!! haha! |

decent release, but not as high caliber as Soul Sirkus or Journey. |

Very funny, AO Archangel ! By the way, your nickname is almost as good as the mighty Arcangel ! |

I thought that this was a pretty good album for just being demos. I listen to it quite a bit. |

Are these the same demos released as bonus tracks on the Rock Candy version of Fire Power? I see only the track Shell of a man is not on that one. |
