This is real classic hard rock. Joe has a great voice and this is an excellent group of songs. There are not too many artists who could make this kind of record in this day and age. Some people may call it generic. I love it! 9/10

This cd is the best heavy album JLT made, unfortunelly a few people know. The japanese guitar hero Kajiyama reminds me the best of Blackmore`s Rainbow era.

'Holy man' part II. I don't want to be too harsh on these kinds of album because I know people out there like the less hook-friendly, well played but boring rock and I don't want to offend, but this personally has no appeal to me at all. 'Dark days' is the best on offer here, but I'd give it about a 52% and the rest of the tracks wouldn't crack 10%. Not my scene at all and not recommended for fans of melodic rock.

GREAT CD this is what i want to hear from the mighty JOE LYNN TURNER ! Like RAINBOW of the 21 century !like a 70's RISING FORCE !/°GREAT GOOD SONGS with balls, huge singer and a true GUITAR HERO ! Mr KAJIYAMA from PRECIOUS/GOLDBRICK it's a true KILLER in a great BLACKMORE way !

Another fine release...brilliant songs and brilliant performance by Mr Turner ..."Bloodsucker","Deliver Me","Slam","Dark Days"(Hard AOR feel, liked it a lot),"Show Yourself","Cover Up" & "Always Tomorrow" are top notch songs indeed...obviously you can find some keys ala Rainbow/Deep Purple...i think that's inevitable in Joe's songs...so many years he spent in those 2 great bands...94/100
