Anyone who enjoys that late 80s hard rock sound with a nice, heavy edge should be stockpiling their pennies to purchase the entire back catologue of this band's early releases. Mat Sinner's voice brims with the kind of attitude & power most singers can only dream of, and the full-throttle songs leave no doubt that this band came to rock and rock hard. You don't have to be living a charmed life to find great melodic metal...just pick up any SINNER album!! |

Very good melodic hard rock. This is one of the more consistent in the Sinner colelction. I really quite like a lot of these songs. Good, solid stuff and I preferred them like this rather than the much heavier sound today. |

"Everybody" is one of my favourite power ballads ever. They just don't make 'em like that anymore! The rest of this album is also very good, with classics like "Knife in My Heart", "Concrete Jungle" and the title track. Overall my favorite SINNER album and essential stuff for fans of melodic hard rock. |

This album is so good its just increible. My favorite 80s SINNER album. Very melodic and with some increible songs. This album is a must have for any hard rock/hard AOR fans. A real killer album. Not one bad song. BUY OR DIE. |

This is even worse than it's predecessor. Very average at best and the sound is just terribly thin and watered out. Boring. |

Their "AOR" album...they did a similar try like Tygers Of Pan Tang did...from straight Heavy Metal to a more radio friendly music style(they did it just at the end of the 80's because nowadays both bands are back into their metal roots)..anyway the best tracks IMO are "Concrete Jungle"(catchy),"Knife In My Heart"(great),"Dangerous Charm"(catchy),"Tomorrow Doesn't Matter"(AOR,nice one),"Fight The Fight"(rocks),"Back In My Arms"(a very good melodic rock song)& "Last Dance"(catchy)...decent effort, shame it only lasted for an album...88/100 |
