Can be no greater, belive me. Sounds a little scandinavian but with a unique german melodic rock touch. These guy deliver some great songs and some great moods and textures in base of a powerful rythm section and some rippin' guitar and keybord riffs on top. I wish they re-issue this gem fast (wish they say they would) because I don't have it and not much people out there do. Personal Favs. Shes no lover and Ive got the power. A strong 9.0/10.0 |

Just try to find this baby! |

I can see how the excellent production and some of the songs have led to this album's cult status-fans of Scandinavian style AOR and melodic hard rock with big arrangements will find much to like here. 'Double Dealer' is straight out of the Scandinavian AOR songbook - chunky guitar chords, big keys and a huge chorus. 'California' is based around a simple, but effective riff, and I like the raw energy of this track. Some great stuff here, but I don't know if it's worth the price it's getting. |

Here we go again with the rating crap. Stop being a baby. |

If you know and like the band, Javan, you'll like this one too I predict. Whilst Javan are probably a little more melodic they do a similar style. I like this, but don't listen to it much at all as it doesn't have the melodic gems I need to really like it. I'd call it good hard rock, but in saying that I'd also call it average hard rock played very well. |

From: 9 CHAMPIONS A 1 | Date: April 30, 2005 at 4:59 |
From: EMI | Date: April 30, 2005 at 5:42 |
From: robert | Date: April 30, 2005 at 9:25 |

From: EMI | Date: April 30, 2005 at 11:15 |

California(The Best for me, el mejor del album para mi, por ese sonido DEMOLEDOR que tiene con esa estrofa gritando !!!CALIFORNIA!!!), She's No Lover y Gone With the Wind(mis segundas favoritas), Light Up the Sky, Cold Blooded, Double Dealer.. quiza el pero es por 2 cortes que no encajan en este gran album, me refiero a los cortes 2 y 8 aunque la 2 esta en algo, pero despues de eso es un album Imprescindible para un amante del Hard Rock Melodico, Buy or Die, Saludos desde Ica-Peru. |
From: juan carlos | Date: February 6, 2007 at 17:08 |

it took me 2 spins to dig this album coz the first time i wasn't that impressed but after the second listening i changed my mind about it a lot..to resume it this is a decent/good album with interesting tracks...the ones i liked the most were "She's No Lover","Light Up The Sky","Cold Blooded","Fireball" this one is a very good instrumental song and "Double Dealer".."Freeway Blues" is also a solid and good track..a band that could easily fit any AOR lover..87/100 |
