Nothing on here that could rock your world, but they are enjoyable. "The Writing's On The Wall" and "The Iceman Cometh" are pure shred-fests as is "Destruction". "Punk" is a total slap on the face to rap, while using an Eminem melody (if it could be called that). Curtis Skelton has the traditional metal pipes which is refreshing in this nu-metal days. Fantastic CD from a bombastic guitarist. Some of his best material in years. |

His just a crazy mean machine, just spit out some good explosion hard driven music, even with a new singer how maybe likes rap-rock music a little bit to much but I like It. This Is a killer for those who like good guitar-riffs that keeps on finding new things to do with the axe. Don't play this record to loud for your neighboors, maybe you will be living with the rats for a while....I sure did. |

IMHO...this baby kicks ass. Curtis Skelton gives Impellitteri a much needed broader appeal I beleive, as well. For me, the effort put into this disc really shows....nice work and great production make this Impellitteris best. |

this website is amazing. I can't believe the amount of cd's that I didn't know existed. I love 80's metal, but can these guys be making any money. I mean Impellitari had one video on headbangers ball 16 years ago. I don't remember anybody that bought it. I bought almost everything and I never got it. Even the mainstream guys from back then can barely sell a cd now, at least a few of them can still get together and tour every summer. I want to go see the Rock never stops tour this summer. |

STAY TONIGHT is a marvelous melodic hard rock song! Sorry to say it's about the only good song on the CD. Some good intentions falling flat due to silly, modern elements added. Check out track 10 though. |

10/10. Old Impellitteri rocks! New Impellitteri rocks! What a great album! Gotta buy the Japan pressing someday cause iŽd really like to hear STAY TONIGHT also. |

OK, there are modern elements added and this records needs some time to be appreciated but this is for sure the most powerful Cd of Impellitteri ! Screaming guitars, kick ass solos and a top new singer! Listen to" Destruction", " Dance with the Devil", Hurricane","Judgment Day",... these are all top metal songs! The beautiful "Stay tonight" reminds me his first CD's. Chris rules !!! |

I think this cd is truely awesome,Chris shreds like a there's no tomorrow. His riffs are as heavy as anything.Curtis does a great job on vocals with lower register growls complimenting the old 80's high pitch stuff.Glen Sobel's double kick is amazing. It's a enjoyable cd to listen to and rarely repeats itself which means it doesn't leave the cd player after a couple of listens.Well done to the band.Nice production too |

A middling effort from Impellitteri that finds a new vocalist belting out the tunes, some modern elements invading the mix, and a heavy production job. As usual, Chris rips, roars, and rages on the guitar and his axe-slinging heroics should plaster a big ol' smile on just about any metalhead's face. "Hurricane," "Dance With the Devil," "Judgement Day," and the tongue-in-cheek "Punk" rank among the band's best work, but the remaining songs often tread uncomfortably close to filler territory, making this a sort of hit-and-miss affair. New singer Curtis Skelton isn't as good as Rob Rock, but he does fare better than Graham Bonnet did on the last CD ("System X") and adds some fresh blood to the band's sound. Again, not the greatest CD in the group's fairly lengthy discography, but still a solid dose of heavy, shredding, fret-burning metal. |

Good album with some killer tracks but also with some fillers being "Punk" the most horrendous one ...Curtis is a good vocalist but not as good as Rob Rock or even Graham Bonnet..."The Writings On The Wall","Crushing Daze"(the best IMHO),"Dance With The Devil" & "The Fall Of The Titus" are the ones that could put your head bangin' for a while...88/100...Chris???...awesome as usual |
