An eagerly anticipated release for me, as always when it comes to Saga and another one that doesn't disappoint one iota. In fact, this could be their best studio release since the mighty fine 'Security of Illusion' album back in 1991. All the classic Saga sounds are on here (did I hear some Moog sounds on here as well??) and the quality of the songs is exceptional throughout. Picks so far 'Back To The Shadows' and the superb 'It's Your Life'. Another one to add to the years Great albums list |

Saga do it yet again, another superb example of their art. You can't mistake Saga for any other band and vice versa as their sound is so unique. The band sound great and Ian Crichton (surely one of the most underrated guitarists ever) is on top form with his guitar flurries all over the album. Michael Sadlers voice is as strong as it ever was. Faves at the mo Ice In The Rain, Time to Play and the title track. As Jez mentions it must be one of this years great releases. Nice package too! |

I love these guys - wasn't a fan of theirs in the late 90's but the last few releases have been like the 80's and this is by far their better releases. Plant this in the 80's. This is great Saga - great sound, musicianship and production. Nice to hear these guys back in fine form. |
