Excellent disc!! The melodies are HUGE and very memorable...A bit atypical hardrock without sounding too weird luckily...A lot of "funky" parts but the overall impression is that this bunch rocks! Highlights: Tracks 1 to 5...Mid-80s Jove-like melodies. Production ain't flawless but works fine for their style...An absolute 10/10 due to the fabulous melodies & dynamics... |

While this CD isn't good enough to make you run outside naked & do cartwheels under the pale moonlight, it is some pretty solid melodic hard rock. Not as hard-edged as their later albums, but still fairly punchy, with cool, hook-laden songs, catchy enough to make your foot a little heavy on the gas until you see those flashing lights in your rearview mirror. Bottom line, not a release that'll go down as a classic, but good enough to merit a place in the majority of melodic hard rock collections. |

I agree with Mark Allen. Gets going for a while, then stops, only to pick up a few songs later. The alternate cover (and better cover) belongs to the Japanese pressing which gives you more bang for your bai (buy). |

Good songs but rythm- section has little bit of a problems. Drums are very terrible. Snaredrum sounds the same on all songs ( klock, klock, klock- very stupid rythm ).I once saw them live in the year 1992- I remember that singer was very bad. I stop now writing- must do other thinks now. Sergeij. |

Agree with my predecessor. The drums are always the same and soon begin to strengthen your nerves. I don't like this one too much 'cos it's a little bit too "hard rock"-stylish here for me. Not as melodic as Bad Habit or early Treat or Skagarack etc... Give it a 6,5 out of 10 |

Although the CD could do without 'Neat time', 'Adrenalin' and 'Strange request', the rest of the songs are excellent! Massive hooks, great European melodic hard rock and f*ck it is catchy! 'Arrow' is one of my faves, 'Heart's on Fire' has one of the biggest hooks ever, 'Code to your heart' does too and although it's a very soft one, 'Love Is Strong' is a beautiful song. Overall, there are fillers, but man is this a great CD!!! The hooks! |

Solid and good melodic catchy rock to be found on this one. Stand out songs for me: Cop to con , Arrow and Answer ( great hooks !), Adrenalin, Heart on fire, Code to your heart and a superb ballad Love is strong. Yep another fine additon to the collection. |

That's the scandi answer to Poison, excellent cd and band.Saw them in Wacken 2 years ago,a shame that I was with other 20 guys, the rest were for the show of Immortal and Dark Funeral, the shittest kind of music, sorry, not music but pure rumours... |

Their best album, but still a pretty patchy affair. You get 3 excellent tunes, one awful, another killer tune ("Run to the End"), some more fairly decent songs before the excellent last 2 tracks. A big production, a Dalton-like guitar driven sound with a sprinkling of keys over the top, and some very good chorus lines make this a worthy buy for Scandi MHR lovers. But you are gonna have your finger on the 'skip' button.... 8/10. |

Very Good Melodic Hard Rock, el parecido a Poison cierto unos 3 o 4 cortes pero la mayor parte a sus hermanos vikingos tipo Talk Of The Town y similares aparte de eso encontramos algun que otro corte en plan mas AOR pero su ingles si que lo pronuncian algo raro el disco no sera tremendo pero tiene sus muy buenas cosas Love Is Strong(Baladon a medio tiempo de AOR), Hearts On Fire(con el nombre lo dice todo), Arrow, Code To Your Heart, Run To The End Recommended 8.5/10. |

Un buen albun de Hard Rock con toques muy melancolicos como lo es en tremenda Balada "Love Is Strong" muy bonita, y que decir de "Run To The end" tema muy movido y "Heart's On Fire" espectalar y un tema que me encanta en lo personal "Code To Your Heart" mi Favorita del Dizco... |

More or less in the same line as the band's debut but "edgier"...best tracks for me are the less poppy and more Hard Rock AORish ones("Hearts On Fire","Code To Your Heart" & the nice song "Love Is Strong)...the rest of the songs could be kinda goodies too...86/100 |

Totally agree with Geoff about the hooks! And believe me there are plenty of these in the songs and Cop To Con is a very good release!"love is strong","code to your heart","hearts on fire" ,"answer" and "arrow " are great songswith the valuable help of Matt Alfonzetti! This light guitar sound with massive keys is a Swedish trademark and overall a great addition to your collection |
