The 2nd release from the gorgeous Pat Benatar and what an album. Choc full of catchy melodic rock-Hit Me, Treat Me Right, Hell Is...are probably the best known but in all honesty the whole album is excellent. Check out the Kate Bush cover-Awesome.

Back in 79-80 every hardrocker loved PAT BENATAR. YOU BETTER RUN is a very heavy song(hard rock) and she have a very sexy voice. Some parts sound like LITA FORD in my opinion. Also the guitar player does a great job. This album is cool for any respected hardrocker out their.

Now this is vintage hard rock in the first order. "Hit Me With Your Best Shot", "Treat Me Right" the remake "You Better Run" and the prefect "Hell Is For Children" highlight this awesome album. She also does an awesome job on the Kate Bush track "Wuthering Heights".

Tasty album by one of the most interesting female rock singers of all time but a bit underrated IMHO...tracks 1,4(hit single),5,6 & 10 are the ones for me .80/100

Crimes of Passion is Benatar's best-selling album, having been certified 4 x Platinum in US and 5 x Platinum in Canada. Three hits "You Better Run", "Hit Me with Your Best Shot" and "Treat Me Right". Her biggest success on the album charts. A very solid album, like it a lot.
