| Not sure how highly it is rated, but I enjoy this album. Some cool songs and a catchy sound. I say that cos it's one of the few cds I go back to frequently and play all the way through. Comparable to better lizzy borden (visual lies) perhaps.

| Exelente y ultimo disco de Odin antes de separase y formar LostBoyz. Tal vez tiene muchos temas lentos pero Randy ´O en este disco canta como nunca y Jeff Duncan trabaja major q´ en Don´t Take no for an answer.Lo mas destacado 12 O´ Clock y Fight for your life. 8/5 de 10.Recomendable

Ignore what the others are saying, Randy O. is one of the best metal vocalists ever! Low, high, in between, he sings and screams all ranges. His work in both Odin and Lostboys is legendary. He never got the fame he deserved while less talented singers like Bret Michaels did. Whatever happened to Randy? I wish I knew. Why isn't Odin's other CD 'By the Gods' on this site? It's a treasure in my collection.

| Well, remembering their debut E.P., simply called 'Odin', is to me like going to 7th heaven. It's a perfect (mini)album which was then and even more now very hard to get. I've only got a recording on tape, but I've played it 'grey'. I agree that Randy O is fantastic; what a pitch in his voice. And the songs are fantastic, I've never heard such quality in metal ever again! Just listen to it and everyone who likes exceptionel metal must agree, I think!

| I don't know this band very much, but I don't like them at all. I saw some gigs in a video called 'The Metal Years' and they really suck. I can't understand what the hell are they doing in the same video as Ozzy, Paul Stanley or Megadeth. I don't know how the sound in a record, but I have enough with their gigs.

| Odin owns ye all!!! Great band, great album. Pick up this album and 'By The Gods' and you have all of the recorded music by one of the most UNDERRATED and UNDERAPPRECIATED bands of all time!

| Yes, its the same band thats are on the DECLINE OF...THE METAL YEARS, with all those girls and the singer saying that if he doesnt make it big and famous he will kill him self. Did he suicide on the end?????

| Odin still plays now and then in the Hollywood area.Randy o didn't kill himself but he started something beautiful. He is a house builder for the homeless..not kidding..God bless Randy o.ps: did you knew he also worked with Michael Angelo and Guy mann dude?

| That's cool that Randy O. turned out to be a decent guy. Good for him. I like the Odin stuff myself. As far as I know, Odin recently reunited for just the one gig and that's it for now.

| The track '12 O'Clock High' is the only track I have heard from this one. It's got a real cocky attitude, really great!

| I`m from Chile, South America, and it was very difficult for me to get this album. I saw Odin in 'Metal years' and I loved them. I wish I can see Odin on stage live, but I`m too $%&/%& far. THE BAND REALLY KICK ASS!!

| ? in the Decline movie around the time of the strip scenes, at Gazzari's, etc... there is a band playing/background music, not one of the bands on the soundtrack and not a featured band, but anyway the guitar and vocals are fanfreakin'tastic!!!!!! does any one know the band and if they released anything, I must know/have! thanks martinsane@msn.com

| The songs are 'Gazzari Shuffle','Glam Slam','Life's A Beach' and 'Love Masheen' and I think the name of the band is 'Trixx Toyzz' or something.Whether they've ever released anything like a cd or demo,I have no clue . Hope this helps .-------

| 12.o clock high kicks ass , modern day king is a nice slow melodic number, but the best track has to be stranger tonite a class melodic metal track, not consistent but they showed they had talent with some songs

| I recently ran across this album, but it was on Perris Records (based in Texas) and it does not have the best sound quality. And after a couple of listens, the only track that impressed me was the power ballad 'She Was The One.' The rest of the album was simply dull hair metal with average riffs & vocals. If you're an 80s metal fanatic, by all means pick it up. But don't expect much.

| Odin! Odin! Odin! Just picked this up and it's pretty good. Not great, but good. It's really hard to take them seriously after seeing them in TDOWC2.

| Anyone know anything about the TRIKK TOYZZ from The Decline Of Western Civilization 2? Like martinsane says, during the strip scene at Gazzarri's. I know the two songs played are 'Love Masheen' and 'Lifes A Beach', but theyre nowhere on the internet, not anything on google. If anyone has any of thier stuff please let me know fuckin great band killer LA metal sound with awesome vocalist.

| "12 O'Clock High","She Was The One","Stranger Tonight","Im Gonna Get You" and the title track were always worth the price of admission for me.Perris reissued this disc back in 2001,as it was only previously available on the JAP Victor label'.Seemed to me that they had a bit more of a metallic edge'than most "glam bands" they were slumped in with-especially early on.Always dug Randy's vox,Duncan's licks and that solid rhythm section.A love or hate band for alot of folks but a d*mn good one nonetheless...

| I went looking for this disk after seeing the band on the Decline of Western Civilisation movie. Assless chaps aside, I thought the album might be alright. Nope, it's not very good at all. I struggle to recommend this to anyone. The musicians seem talented enough but it is the songs that are lacking. Sometimes there are good reasons why bands don't make it big (despite the band's prediction in the movie). Odin just didn't have it. 50/100.
