Does anyone one know where I can buy Stan's stuff in MP3 format? I own Undertow in CD, but only have albums of Dangerous Games and Windows to Light. I could rip my LP's, but they just don't soud as good. Great stuff! Thanks.

For fans of Super Smooth AOR ala Michael Thompson Band etc, this is a real treat, and while it has a couple of throwaway tracks the majority of it is superb laid back layered AOR. Tracks such as Once Over and No Turning Back are the standouts & is perhaps slightly more instantly likeable than Windows To Light, which is also a good album. Once again...for people who like their AOR Super Smooth.

Absolutely brillant AOR. Top production, playing, songwriting... it's all here. Get this at any cost. My favourite tracks are "Hide The Night Away", "No Turning Back" and "Heart Of The Fire". 9/10

Que pedazo de AOR de la época ehh, Stan Meissner es calidad garantizada sin duda que valga. De acuerdo, muy de acuerdo con todos. "Walk Out Of My Life" es una hermosísima balada, tan hermosa como el disco. Calidad, Calidad, Calidad....... 9.5/10

From: Carlos A. Date: February 4, 2007 at 12:04
Lo consegui un poco tarde pero doy fe que esta obra es sensacional, puro AOR interpretado con el corazon, soberbios: "Need Your Love","Walk Out Of My Life","Rebel Heart", este Canadian boy recuerda a los mejores solistas AOR gracias a sus cuerdas vocales diseñadas especialmente para el genero...un disco de entre lo mejorcito del 84. 9/10

From: lalorock Date: March 4, 2007 at 20:23
Excelente y grandioso album de este canadiense, plagado de temas con ese toque mágico y preciso que solo Stan Meissner sabe hacer, con solo escuchar Rebel Heart (mi favorita) creo que con solo esta canción vale la pena conseguirlo, pero no solo esta es hermosa, tambien Hide the night away,Can´t let go,Once over,Heart of the fire otra de mis favoritas que coros!! y esa baladasa Walk out of my life lleno de feeling, guitarras bien marcadas y esa voz de terciopelo del gran Stan Meissner,clásico 9/10

Top class stuff from one of Canada's best songwriters and a real pearler of an AOR disc this one, even the three bonus tracks on here are top notch with 'Renegade' taking the top slot of all the songs on show. Hard to choose between this album, 'Windows To Light' and 'Undertow' as his best solo discs, as they are all consistently excellent. My answer get all 3 of them and listen to the master at work.

From: Kralli Date: October 17, 2011 at 6:49
Wow, extremely overrated. If you like it laidback and on the edge to boring, non variated singing etc then you will love this. Hide The Night Away and Can't Let Go are partwise kind of catchy but the most of the rest of the songs are lame and boring.
