Alright, this is finally here. I've only heard the one sample of "So Right So Wrong" off PJ's "Collector's Corner." Not bad but I wasn't stunned. How is the rest of the album?

From: PauloFernandes Date: March 23, 2003 at 21:53
Well, its worth having, the rest of the songs are good too, but that one is probably the best.

This is friggin' fantastic, one of the best melodic hard rock indies to be discovered in Canada in a long, long time. It's got touches of Signal, Slyboyz, Harem Scarem, Wild Ride, and bands of that nature, bands that are very melodic with good hooks and slick harmony vocals. Once you get this gem in your CD player, you won't want to take it out.

From: koogles Date: March 25, 2003 at 14:26
TIM... this CD didn't rock my world or even displace my continents until a few cursory spins. "So Right So Wrong" is pure Harem Scarem magic and any HS fan will like it or eventually learn to. "Slap" sounds like Loverboy slapped with Def Leppard. Another standout. The title track veers nicely into Honeymoon Suite territory. This is right up there with the best Canadian indies (Shelter, Simon Says, Dirtyworks, etc.)

Just got this yesterday and it kicks ass! Canada's answer to Warrant. Deserved to be recognized for certain. Every song rocks and I can't pull it out of the cd player. Highly recommended!

OMG!!!! Ditto to EVERYTHING TIM just said up there!! I can't take this out of my player!! I think the vocals at times sound just like Johnny Gioeli, and at other times the sound is totally Paul Laine!!! "Touch It" is a fun little ditty!! "Light The Candle"...well...very emotional response out of me, there!! This is one of the BEST things I've heard in a long time!! I LOVE IT!!!

'So right so wrong' is simply melodic hard rock bliss. Elsewhere I'm probably not in line with many others in thinking it's the best indie release out there, but I will say it's a very good one. Well played, good little EP this one. If you can get it for the usd$13 above, I'd say get it. I'd be surprised to see it that cheap though...

To Me this is just an average cd but must say the accoustic version of light the candle is an excellent song.

From: z4roxx Date: November 24, 2006 at 15:28
This band has one of the best singer ever heard in the indie panorama.Try to listen this one more times,it will grows indeed. The last song and the ballad are 10,000 times killers, not a single filler moments.A great mix between Sedona,Heartless(USA)and T.O.Joker.For me it’s a total must have.

Wow just got this one and it blew my mind away!!!..agree with z4roxx about the singer,is one hell o' a good one! ...apart from that the rest of the guys are really talented musicians and the backing vocals are top notch!!!..."Touch It" ,a highlight,"Slap" awesome song!,"Light The Candle" nice ballad,"How Many Hearts" is along with "So Right So Wrong" the best songs of the album & "Light The Candle" on its acoustic version closes the album pretty good...perfect choice if you pick this up!.94/100

I happen to think that the best track here is the title track, but there are a few songs that had potential. Without getting into comparisons to the more obscure acts, these guys managed to combine (likely intentionally), the better elements musically of POISON, WARRANT, DEF LEPPARD & BON JOVI, but lacked originality in doing so. I agree with J.J. Carle's vocals sounding similar to DANGER DANGER & HARDLINE, but these guys arrived with this release way too late rehashing the sounds of the big boys listed above. And even though the potential seemed there, they were still a slightly above-average act (nothing groundbreaking) that if nothing else, provided decent summertime music. Drummer Mike Kozak also had a long stint with TEAZE, who I felt was a much stronger act, & it really didn't help that the release boasted one of the poorer examples of cover-art. Nothing stood out here that would've ever suggested that they would've made it, but they were good at sounding like everyone else.
