Recorded at the famous SugarHill Studios in Houston(The Big Bopper,Ricky Nelson, Ted Nugent). The last time Lynch released a unplugged album was Dokken's One Live Night(1995) and George was plugged in (Lynch-lite) for most of that recording at a club in Redondo Beach,CA. This time Lynch is completely unplugged and is in fine form. Oni Logan, who was originally in the the band 'Cold Sweat'(circa' 88-89' before their debut release) sounds great. Lynch rehashed in the interview when he stole Oni away from that band to Lynch Mob with the line "Do want to play in a band named Ferrari or drive one?" Guitarist Marc Ferrari was using his last name as the band name pre- Cold Sweat. This complete performance/interview is also on DVD(youtube) recorded with a crowd of 3. Funny watching the studio guy introduce the band (Mr. Excitement, yawn) and the only downside is listening to the camera man's heavy breathing as he left his mic on during the show. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=frMYMM24f9Y |
