You know, it's pretty sad when you have a greatest hits album and 3 out of the 10 songs are covers. |

I love the song Midnite Maniac awesome beats and chorus. What are these guys doing these days? |
From: Desslar | Date: June 10, 2002 at 5:13 |
Awesome collection of songs. These tunes rock! They could've put on a few more originals instead of the 4 covers, but it's all good. |

Desslar, you are right! There are 4 covers on this album. The one that I didn't realize was a cover was "Stayed Awake All Night." Thats damn near 50% of their greatest hits. Now that is pretty sad. Even though I do like these guys. |

You know, I've had this cd for years and kinda just simply forgot about it. Last night played this thing and just had a huge smile on my face the entire time. Krokus had just such a quintessential 80's metal sound to them and when they did it good, as on this disc, brings back great memories. The problem with Krokus is that they had a very high cheese factor going. But forgetting about that and just focusing on the music this is awesome minor league AC/DC stuff!! Give it another chance. |

If you want to buy a Krokus compilation album, go and get 'The Dirty Dozen' from 1983. This one rocks ! |

Everyone's exactly right about how sad it is that there's so many cover songs on this. Still its an enjoyable album for a casual Krokus fan (like me). They have a newer greatest hits that's a little more comprehensive than this, but I forget what its called. |

Nice collection of the few hits that Krokus had. The originals are very good ("Long Stick Goes Boom", "Midnight Maniac", and "Screaming In The Night"), but the covers suck. 6/10 |
From: Scott | Date: September 22, 2004 at 13:52 |
There may be four cover songs, but they all rule! Krokus made those songs their own. As someone said, they didn't even know "Stayed Awake All Night" was a cover. The real problem here is not the covers, but whoever picked the tracks for this collection. They completely dismissed the bands first two CDs. "Smelly Nelly" belongs on this disc, as does "Russian Winter" and "Ready to Burn". |

Even Beavis & Butthead tore into these guys at least once an episode, it seemed, proclaiming they suck. But what's worse, who's the genious that picked the track listing? This disc hardly represents a greatest hits package, even for Krokus. Pick up "Headhunter" & put a nail in the coffin!!! |

Jason, If your gonna rag on something make sure your facts are right...there are 4 covers, not 3..PS..Its Krokus and it rocks... |
