EPs and CD-singles from John Parr are also welcome to be added, as long as they are at least 4 songs in length.

Cool album, easy to listen to. Note that Peter Goalby, who's credited here on guitars, is the same that was lead vocalist for Uriah Heep on theirs "Abominog", "Equator" and "Head First" albums !!!

A fantastic album consisting of the 'Running Man' Soundtrack and some of the greatest rock tunes. Check out his first album which is in my opinion one of the best rock albums of al time, by simply in my opinion one of the greatest tallents to be ignored by the industry.

If you want to add to your John Parr collection (assuming you have his debut), this is the one to get next. A driving 80s AOR CD and a very under-rated release by a man who lived and died by the soundtrack sword.

OTRO BUEN ALBUM DE JOHN, POR PONER UN EJEMPLO Restless Heart ES SIMPLEMENTE UN TREMENDO TEMA CON LA PARTICULAR VOZ DE JOHN UN SONIDO DE LOS 80 TOTAL. YA PUES A COMENTAR MAS SOBRE ESTE GRANDIOSO Y CLASICO CANTANTE DE AOR.

Great album!!! The song "Restless Heart" is a perfect song, that unfortunately is not released on 'The Running Man' original soundtrack. A absurd!!! John Parr is a great artist and deserve all respect. Others great songs from this album: "Man With a Vision", "Bedtime Story", "Everytime", "This Time" and "Sarah".

This album is a little weaker than his 2 previews releases even though is still a good and enjoyable album to listen to...the highlights here could be easily 6 out of the 12 songs which is quite good and makes it appealing to buy.A good opener "Wilderness Years","It's Starting All Over Again","Bedtime Story","Come Out Fighting","Everytime" & "Sarah"(this one is a killer song and an ending).John Parr is definitively a good composer and musician in the same line as Stan Bush for example.87/100

Well, I've been listening to this fantastic AOR music(in general) for years. John Parr's cd is one of my biggest delights. It's hard to describe my emotions and impressions but apart from fantastic "Everytime" I love "Bedtime story"(it reminds my of my ex, I think it's totally underrated track) and "Come out fighting". Although I'm not the big fan of box I think it sounds so well that everyone can imagine brilliant career of Rocky Marciano, the best boxer ever. Let's skip it, though. This cd kicks ass... I love AOR and bands like Bad English, Dare, Foreigner, FM(by Overland, I don't know second FM that much), Night Ranger or Street Talk(Goran Edman!) last time. Well of course I love all these bands beginning with "A" - too many of them AOR!!!

Yes, excellent disc. Very catchy AOR songs such as Everytime, Come Out Fightin', Restless Heart, Sarah, Ghost Driver and It's Startin' All Over Again make this a winner. I keep getting drawn back to this one even though I've had it for years. This is probably Parr's finest moment.

Excellent (late) 80s melodic rock (though it's from 1992). I wouldn't say it's all AOR, because here and there it becomes a bit too powerful for typical radio-friendly AOR (and I mean it in a good way). Very tastfully arranged and very American sounding.
