Their 2nd. best Album after counterparts. This is Prog at high end!!!

From: koogles Date: May 27, 2003 at 1:38
Stark, cold-war prog at its finest. This is almost like Rush's answer to Floyd's "The Final Cut". Glazed over in icy synth and paranoid lyrics.

From: bernardito Date: March 21, 2004 at 23:41
this is an athmospheric disc, recommended prog rock

From: Rocker76 Date: May 30, 2004 at 14:27
Just saw Rush live in Charlotte NC on 5/28 and they played the classic Red Sector A along with Between the Wheels from this album. This is classic Rush through and through. Their evolution continued into the mid 80s and this album reflects it brilliantly. Prog rock at its 80s best!!

a worst album of rush..

From: Rycheage Date: July 25, 2004 at 21:09
The ambient atmosphere and the cold keys are what makes this album tick. Every song with the possible exception of "Between The Wheels" are classic Rush, just with a different sound. That is what makes prog rock so good. The changes. "Red Sector A", "Distant Early Warning" and "The Body Electric" are impeccable prog. This is an excellent prog album, just not the best by Rush.

Damaged goods, but still somewhat listenable. Rush trying to change direction. Doesn't really work here.
