Hell I'll go first! Basically one of the best live albums ever recorded. By one of the best bands ever to record. As far as musical talent goes, it's hard to top Rush. Each of them individually are masters of their instruments - get them together and forget about it! Neil Peart gave every drummer a reason to keep playing on this album. I should say, he gave them a goal to never reach!!! A good place for new Rush fans to start - definitely worth $12-$14 at Best Buy! |

The best live album ever recorded IMHO!! I had the pleasure of seeing this tour and the incredible musicianship was simply awe inspiring!! This album is proof that a great band can sound almost better live than in the studio!!! |

Having just seen Rush live (5/28 @ Charlotte NC) I really felt like giving this another listen just to confirm what I already knew and what I had just experienced first hand. It goes without saying that Rush's studio albums are some of the best in hard rock history; but their live stuff is just as polished and probably more powerful. Having seen Rush on several occasions I can attest to the impact they have had (and will continue to have) on rock music. Long live Rush! |

I might as well say what evryone else says, you guys took all the words. Best of stuff usually falls a little short of expectations but in Rush's case everything sounds fresh even to this day. Buy the damn thing and get on with your life like I did. |

It's a known fact that Alex was unhappy with the results of "All the World's a Stage". He hated that lp. This lp is not "live". It's all sound check recordings with over dubs. Don't be fooled! No band ever sounded this perfect recording live in front of thousands. I've seen this band 5 times & they've never been this bullseye. This is an awesome cd but it's not "live". Stay up on your reading & know the guys in Rush are only human. They want the best for us but it comes with a price. |
