QUIZAS EL MOMENTO CUMBRE DE RUSH. ALBUM ESCENCIAL DE LA BANDA. EL TEMA 2112, RESUME EN 20 MINUTOS LA CALIDAD DE UNA BANDA INCREIBLE. SENCILLAMENTE 10/10. "PASSAGE TO BANGKOK Y TEARS" SON CLASICOS, QUIZAS MENORES, PERO CLASICOS AL FIN PARA TODO FAN DE RUSH. LOS MUSICOS ESTAN EN EL PODIO DEL GENERO, YA QUE COMO INSTRUMENTISTAS SON INCREIBLES, EN ESPECIAL EL BATERISTA NEIL PEART, AL MENOS PARA MI, EL MEJOR DE LA HISTORIA DEL ROCK. carro_martin2000@yahoo.com.ar

What can this strange device be? When I touch it, it gives forth a sound It's got wires that vibrate, and give music. What can this strange thing be that Ive found?

The first great Rush CD, and still to this day, one of progressive rock's finest concept albums ever, up there with Mindcrime and The Wall in the Top 3. With this album, Rush had truly arrived!

From: ANDY PONS Date: April 20, 2003 at 20:19
El mejor álbum de la historia? Y por qué no!!! RUSH rocks the world

From: Dave C Date: June 4, 2003 at 18:38
Simply the album that saved Rush's career after the "Down The Tubes Tour" of 1975,the titletrack is still awesome today and I bought the Lp on Import in England in late '76!

From: Knuckles` Date: June 13, 2003 at 12:36
I dont have the words to comment on this release.

I was talking with my uncle one day about hard rock bands. When RUSH got in our theme, he the recommended me this album. 2112 is a great song, you gotta love it.

sensational on vinyl and with the clearer sounds of cd just perfect, from the first strains of 2112 to the end of something for nothing

From: Swed Date: December 31, 2003 at 18:42

From: Sith Lord Date: February 5, 2004 at 12:28
The absolute GREATEST, most talented bands ever with one of the all time BEST albums, 2112 will always be a benchmark!!!

From: AOR freaky Date: February 6, 2004 at 4:49
Indeed, one of the most talented bands ever. Only Dream Theater is more talented. Great act !

From: Rycheage Date: July 25, 2004 at 21:25
This is every prog fan's must own album. The signature changes are astounding and only further cements the band's legacy as the most talented. "2112" is one of the greatest prog songs ever to be put on tape. "Something For Nothing" and "A Passage To Bangkok" are awe-inspiring prog at the least. A must own.

From: GlennVanWiddle Date: August 17, 2004 at 17:50
WE'VE TAKEN CARE OF EVERYTHING, THE WORDS YOU READ, THE SONGS YOU SING, THE PICTURES THAT GIVE PLEASURE TO YOUR EYE!!! '2112' is possibly the greatest rock epic ever. WOuld be a good karaoke track if it wasn't so long...

From: CheeseStooge24 Date: September 30, 2004 at 15:18
1st time I heard this I was amazed & mesmerized!Absolutely awesome! To me, one of the ten must have rock albums of all time! This stands up against everything that has come along since it's release. This is still an industry standard. No lover of rock should be without this one-it is one of the defining moments in rock history. Can't say enough about it! I still love 2112 and consider it forever a classic! No weak tracks here-all killer!Get it if you don't have it!

From: Propane Date: December 3, 2004 at 11:29
No band has ever produced a sound as full with as few members as on this disc. Geddy's throat is an instrument here, Alex's axe wielding is absolutely perfect with nothing left behind, Neil's cymball crashes and rides are note for note via Alex, Percussion will very rarely be matched by anyone after this. This one leaves all naysayers behind to sweep up other bands' trash.

This is where Rush went from pretty good to very good with their best to follow over the next 5 years!Got into this band around 1986 and this album was legendary amongst fellow rockers! My standouts are the following...... 2112 A Passage To Bangkok Twilight Zone Something For Nothing

From: petermexico Date: June 11, 2012 at 15:31
This is Rush at its best! Intelligent and pure music, this album shows the quality of this band. Great musicians at their peak.
