If you see any errors or omissions in the CD information shown above, either in the musician credits or song listings (cover song credits, live tracks, etc.), please post them in the corrections section of the Heavy Harmonies forum/message board.

The music discographies on this site are works in progress. If you notice that a particular Easy Action CD release or compilation is missing from the list above, please submit that CD using the CD submission page. The ultimate goal is to make the discographies here at Heavy Harmonies as complete as possible. Even if it is an obscure greatest-hits or live compilation CD, we want to add it to the site. Please only submit official CD releases; no bootlegs or cassette-only or LP-only releases.

EPs and CD-singles from Easy Action are also welcome to be added, as long as they are at least 4 songs in length.

Bootleg

From: Dean Date: July 1, 2004 at 20:36
Bootleg or not- I want this baby. Is is any good? I've heard varied reports regarding his pre Shotgun Messiah days.

From: Mind4Metal Date: July 20, 2004 at 16:50
I have a video of them with most of these songs. Kee and Zinny are pretty good. I'm just putting it on DVD, so was looking for the exact song titles. I'll also put Kingpin (pre-shotgun messiah) video on, too. www.mind4metal.com

OK, I'm stuck on a few song titles. There's one that they sing "I love, You love, my only true love, I love, you love me". Does that sound familiar to anyone? What's it called? Also, there is one that sounds like "Rock On Rockers". Any ideas? One more is something like "You Can't Stop Me" or "There's No Way Out". Maybe this is "End of the Line?" Email me if you have ideas! ryan@mind4metal.com

Poison ripped off their song "We go rocking" in "I want action" and they became sued. Finally Poison got to pay a lot of dollars to Easy Action and case closed, so the ones from Easy Action that composed that song are still receiving royalties from Poison.

Thanks for the information. I always thought that POISON was a poor ripp off band. This proves it.?

From: Uusiolli Date: August 3, 2004 at 6:38
I had to check, if someone liked this album. God sake what are you thinking. I've tried to give this (vinyl) to everyone I know, but they don't want it. Don't want to throw it away, because it would poison the rubbish dump. Excuse me I have to puke.

From: Ryan Date: August 6, 2004 at 2:58
Hey, Uusiolli, I'll take it! Will you mail it to me? Ryan@mind4metal.com

A fun album of 'Hanoi rock', a couple of mediocre tracks, but some great rockers such as We Go Rocking, Number One, Another Saturday Night, Rock Things Out and Dont Cry Dont Crack. Highly recommended to Hanoi Rocks fans, this is a great record of punky sleaze. Incidentally, Mind4Metal, on the second pressings of this album, Turn Me On was removed and replaced with the track you're after, Rock On Rockers. Overall 7.5/10

From: Metalhead66 Date: January 5, 2005 at 12:41
Zinny Zan is the singer that would end up on Shotgun Messiah's first Release!Yes Poison was sued for using a little more than they gave cedit for..(They stole it)..haven't heard this in a while,I always liked them...

buy it

From: z4roxx Date: December 30, 2006 at 16:00
Ahaha can t believe it's the same band??I've heard it in a used shop, too horrible that I didn t spend 2$ for that ahahaha! Is it rare?If yes I'll take for some dupe!ahahaha

From: rick kerch vzla Date: September 15, 2010 at 23:01
Yeah is hard 2 believe like z4roxx said that is the same band...ok it has good moments but basically is a kinda normal Glam stuff..the re-edition brings 10 bonus tracks!!!(some of them are not album songs plus some live versions of some songs already in this album) somehow makes your payment of this release kinda acceptable ..."Rocket Ride" & "Mental Dance" are ones,"The End Of The Line" has some AORish feel to it,"Another Saturday Night" is another one,"We Go Rocking" has the most incredible Poison's rip off ever!!! (just listen 2 the chorus, sounds like "I Want Action" ),"Let Lose Control" & "Number One" are the best tracks of the album at least 4 me and "Turn Me On" is kinda too...buy and find out for yourselves but i can tell you that their second release is ten thousand times much better than this one...82/100
