If you notice that a particular Bon Jovi CD release or compilation is missing from the list above, please submit that CD using the CD submission page. The ultimate goal is to make the discographies here at Heavy Harmonies as complete as possible. Even if it is an obscure greatest-hits or live compilation CD, we want to add it to the site. 2020 has been a horrible year and this album, "2020," is appropriately named. Bon Jovi has officially transitioned into a country (with a little bit of rock) band. And I know he is trying to make a statement with this album (certainly his prerogative), but the lyrics are so hokey and his singing is so intentionally twangy that it's hard to listen to - IMHO. Way gone are the rocking days of Bon Jovi. Real shame.

I find it very telling that most of the publicity surrounding this release on Sirius/XM aired not on Hair Nation, but on "The Blend," a channel that caters to older women with a mix of "bright pop," consisting of soft-rock from the '80's and the less "urban" (ahem!) current hits. Our international friends here ar not going to know what the hell I'm talking about, but my point is this: all the interviews and hype for this album airing on The Blend pretty much ends discussion about any last, lingering connections to hard rock that Bon Jovi may have had. It's over. This is your mom's band now, and she likely can't understand why you no longer give two shits about them, because "you used to like them."

Limitless sounds like something Geoff Tate could have produced. Kind of hip, but missing the spot, nice enough, but nothing remarkable. And that's the most memorable track on here.
