Excellent follow up, nearly in the same league as the first. Songs/ performances are very strong once again.Picks of the bunch- Better To Try, Suspended Humanation, Selling Salvation.

Not quite as stunning as the debut but a still a very worthy effort.Includes the great tracks "Round & Round","Better To Try".The only ones in the calibre of say "Should I See","Promises" & "Soldiers Cry".

Rocks out a bit more than the debut, but that's not saying much. I'll take Sheriff over these guys any day. From the same school of AOR as Rock and Hyde, Kim Mitchell, 80's Ian Thomas, Paul Janz, Zappacosta etc.

From: John Date: August 13, 2003 at 14:59
Perfect band to throw in if you want some background music. A little lighter than the rock I'm used to, but adequate as the songs and vocals are all top notch.

Not bad considering I listen to more heavy metal. However, I sent an email to a girl with the Dream Come True lyrics and now we will be dating once the stress of exams are over. Great, well rounded band. I give this CD an 8/10

not as good as the first one

From: ninjapeter Date: July 23, 2005 at 3:15
I'm not impressed with this band. Very fluffy and shallow songs. No heart or soul to it. I am selling my copy. I rate this a poor 3/10 sorry to say.

From: oliver Date: July 13, 2006 at 14:02
indeed very light melodic rock but full of wonderful melodies and chorusses. great vocals. great aor. worth buying. 8/10

From: Swazi Date: September 17, 2006 at 16:07
Very good AOR, imo !! Can't understand the low rating. Some idiot must have been "playing around". Doesn't quite meet the high standard of the debut, but it still is very enjoyable.

This one was hit and miss with me. It was more AOR Lite to me. They even threw in horns on a few of the songs. I liked the opener 'Better To Try' and I am also a fan of 'Dream Come True'. I think it is a lovely ballad with heartfelt lyrics that will melt any woman away. This one is nice when your in the mood to just mellow out and give your headbangin' a rest.

Got this finally so now i have the trilogy of FG posted at Heavy Harmonies ...a good decent album that opens with a "killer" song in the shape of "Better To Try",a song with a lovely chorus, then some other fine shots are "Pauper In Paradise"(a hit of the band),"Step By Step"(nice),"Round And Round" & "Suspended Humanation"(catchy)...86/100
