Sahara are yet another group of classy Swedish musicians that have managed to create a slice of Westcoast mixed with straight AOR/pop rock. This is a smart album, mixed with the ever smooth harmonies and sounds of Westcoast music at it's best. These guys are smooth and tey are soft, but fans of the genre will find a lot to like about this collection of songs. The production is sharp and will mixed, with all instruments given equal room to breathe.

This is killer Westcoast/AOR. Rarely do you hear such strong songs in music this lightweight, but this is one of my favourite albums from the last few years. The Street Talk comparison is a good one, but this is way better. Seems like a one-off as nothing else has been forthcoming, but if you like the lighter side of AOR then don't miss this.

I want to get in now while I still love this CD. This is AOR of the lightest order, and every song is a droopy love song but damn me for loving the disc! The songs are excellent, as are the performers involved. Just listen to the amazing two first songs and you will be sold. It's really a very, very good disc. Highly recommended, even if the softer side of AOR is not generally your thing.

Espero.

WOW !! I am very impressed with this CD ! Not a song that I don't like, my favourite being "The Fire". Typical scandinavian. Street Talk has been mentioned above, Urban Tale comes to my mind as well. Highly recommended !!

Sorry to disagree with the above ones but in my opinion, this album makes you yawn a lot! It´s a good album to come from job and chill out yourself, relaxing, similar to new age music... the chorus are far too repetitive and uninspiring!! If you remove the electric guitars this might sound like the poppiest bon jovi ever!. 3/10.

Rest in peace is what I say to this one.. It's really "uninspiring" according to SangreAzulForever. ROB GARCIA seems to shot the moon by saying "Class AOR". It's just westcost. Totally. I gave it many chances. But it never took one.

Very interesting AOR album..soft and moody at times...most of the time i'd say ...best tracks for me were "Time Is A Healer","Over & Over","Dreams","The Fire" & "Deep Inside"(these are excellent ones),"Never Say Never"(catchy) & "The Night" very nice acoustic track...good vocalist and good songs but do not expect edgy AOR tracks ala FM or Aviator ...91/100
