Best female voice in rock n roll. Classic Aor tracks.

From: dana Date: January 15, 2002 at 19:09
Good album but I liked Patty Smyths solo work better.I agree with madrid she is the best female vocalist of the 80's.I give this album 8 out of ten.

This might be hard to believe but, did you know that Patty Smyth was 1st on Eddie Van Halen's list of singers after David Lee Roth left? I geuss she turned it down and so they went with Sammy Haggar. NO SHIT!

THE WARRIOR...'NUFF SAID! McDonalds was never the same after this tune. HA! I always wanted to have sex with Patty. She's hot. Didn't think much of her solo stuff though. This was much better, classic material.

SUPER ROCK MELÓDICO, ESTOY ENAMORADO DE ÉSTA CHAVA. IM IN LOVE OF THIS WOMAN

From: Axelinger Date: August 18, 2003 at 16:37
Does anything sound more wimpy than "Bang bang" as a lyric? One-hit wonders - NUFF SAID...

From: Rycheage Date: May 16, 2004 at 16:36
One of my favorite pop rock/AOR albums ever. At the time, the track 'The Warrior' was a staple on radio the world over, and is still one of those archetypal 80's anthems.. something you remember the decade by.

From: Bobby De Date: June 9, 2005 at 6:43
probably going to get my ass kicked for even posting a comment on this whimpass crud...but best female vocalist? How can you even tell, she sings likes she is on valium. NO vocal range at all, its just blah......If this is AOR i want to stay clear of it. Doro now that is a true warrior princess of metal love. I know its not the same type of music but why would you yawn through this while you can be inspired!

Great Pop-Rock/AOR album, simplemente magistral uno de esos mejores albums liderada por una femina con una voz extraordinaria, en temas un album muy completo, obligado tener este tremendo trabajo 9/10

From: PODEROSO YIRO Date: May 10, 2008 at 20:51
But of course, a very great Pop Rock AOR album!!. A delicious and contagious mix of Pop and AOR. Patty Smyth Voice is excellent, lots of energy and very catchy songs... and what can i say about "The Warrior"?, simply one hell of a song! that´s the kind of song that SHINES by itself!!

From: hair metal again Date: June 18, 2014 at 5:17
sensational release by SCANDAL back in 94 and of course Patty s voice shines here ,but the musicianship and the songs are excellent too!i can t find something missing and this one is among the best A.O.R. releases!"the warrior" ,"less than half" and "say what you will" are the highlights!

From: Doug Date: June 19, 2014 at 15:26
Was never a big fan of the song "The Warrior," but the rest of this album is awesome!
