I'm a guy from Romania. I have the cassette with these guys, and I listen to it when I'm driving. This is some of the finest southern rock I have ever heard. Love every single track on that one. Give us more, please. U guys rock !

I passed this cd up in the pawn shop a few weeks ago because I had never heard of them. After reading these posts I went and picked it up. I can't believe what I heard! IMHO, equal parts Led Zep/Skynyrd/Stevie Ray Vaughn. Certainly one of the best cd's I've gotten all year, and that says a lot! Hope you guys finish Barefoot II.

According to this site, it's the US.

Heck. According to y'all I'm obviously deaf and stoopid 'cos I listened to this once and promptly filed it somewhere south of my 'never again' pile. If I still had it I would give it another chance, but I really don't think my first opinion was so far off. Sorry guys - but I thought it was awful. Off I trundle back to my boring, old fart melodic rock... Having said that, I love Zep/Skynyrd/SRV and according to metalhead 101 up there this is equal parts of each. Must be the crappy parts, then.

I discovered this album through this site and really enjoyed it, however I'm suprised it's even on HH. Barefoot Servants is a contemporary blues/rock album, more in line with SRV, Kenny Wayne Sheppard, Sonny Landreth etc. Although I would have never bought this C.D. if not for this site, I feel Barefoot Servants falls way out of the parameters of the music featured on HH.

Ok but really nothing special southern bluesy rock. No (commercial) gems hidden on this one. Their second 2005 album is not an improvement. On the contrary.
