From: purrfect-kat Date: September 16, 2002 at 2:19
I don't know what the hell y'all call this one cuz it sounds more like Box Car Willie wishing he was in a hair band.

From: bluesman Date: January 9, 2003 at 3:17

I'm a guy from Romania. I have the cassette with these guys, and I listen to it when I'm driving. This is some of the finest southern rock I have ever heard. Love every single track on that one. Give us more, please. U guys rock !

From: metalhead 101 Date: March 10, 2004 at 1:35
I passed this cd up in the pawn shop a few weeks ago because I had never heard of them. After reading these posts I went and picked it up. I can't believe what I heard! IMHO, equal parts Led Zep/Skynyrd/Stevie Ray Vaughn. Certainly one of the best cd's I've gotten all year, and that says a lot! Hope you guys finish Barefoot II.

From: Per Date: May 25, 2004 at 12:51
Love the cd, can anybody tell me where they come from (contry)??

According to this site, it's the US.

From: illimey Date: August 24, 2004 at 11:19
Heck. According to y'all I'm obviously deaf and stoopid 'cos I listened to this once and promptly filed it somewhere south of my 'never again' pile. If I still had it I would give it another chance, but I really don't think my first opinion was so far off. Sorry guys - but I thought it was awful. Off I trundle back to my boring, old fart melodic rock... Having said that, I love Zep/Skynyrd/SRV and according to metalhead 101 up there this is equal parts of each. Must be the crappy parts, then.

From: QUEIFER Date: March 4, 2005 at 11:18
I discovered this album through this site and really enjoyed it, however I'm suprised it's even on HH. Barefoot Servants is a contemporary blues/rock album, more in line with SRV, Kenny Wayne Sheppard, Sonny Landreth etc. Although I would have never bought this C.D. if not for this site, I feel Barefoot Servants falls way out of the parameters of the music featured on HH.

From: Erikk Date: July 11, 2021 at 12:09
Ok but really nothing special southern bluesy rock. No (commercial) gems hidden on this one. Their second 2005 album is not an improvement. On the contrary.
