Great band, great CD ! How can you go wrong with mr. Rosenthal involved. Listen to and buy all Departure albums. They're all great, especially the first one ! Their new CD is also worth buying. Escape Music did it again !

Yes, we listen !!! This is a very, very great band ! POMPY, melodic, you have it all, and KEYS, my friends, KEYS ! Something all modern acts (to which a lot of people seem to listen, oh boy !, listen to real music, please !) seem to ignore ! This band is A MUST !!!

This is a very good release. The singer reminds me of Michael Sadler (Saga). Pompy aor of the highest order.

AWESOME 80s-style melodic hard rock/AOR. Killer vocals, huge hooks, great musicianship. Highly recommended to fans of: 707, Preview, World Trade, The Storm, Point Blank, Le Roux, Saga, Spys, New England and all those other fantastic early 80s hard rock bands.

Clean production with some strong songs.Hanging by a Thread which is hidden inside the last track is a rockin tune that should be one of the spotlighted tracks on this CD. Solid effort by this group which now sounds like Steve Perry with a new singer.

although a good one imo not as strong as mentioned by some guys above. i can hear some progressive influences. some parts of this cd sound like an older saga release. but also some excellent melodic tunes can be found here. so it´s worth buying. 7,5/10

"Can t Hurt Me Now", "Hangin´ By a Thread", "A Pray For Me"(muy bueno) temas escondidos en el último tema. 8.6/10

Great vocals, I would really be interested listening to more stuff from this guy. The sound is also great, key driven pompy AOR. But the songwritng though quite ambitious doesn't really thrill me. Worthy catch, but didn't find it as good as most of the other users.

Lovely album but not too consistent IMHO..still easily grabs the attention needed ..."Tonight's The Night" is by far the best of the album followed by another goodies such as "The Way You Show Your Love","Is This Love?","Eyes Don't Lie","What Goes Around" & "Can't Hurt Me Now"(this song has some hidden tracks included that are very good ones )...good vocalist(Kenny Michaels)and good musicianship...87/100
