A LIGHT AOR RELEASE FROM SWEDEN. GREAT STUFF WITH GORAN EDMUND TAKING COMMAND WITH THE VOCALS. OUTSTANDING SONGS FROM THESE VERY TALENTED GUYS. NO HEAVY SONGS BUT STILL A GREAT RELEASE.

Great Swedish AOR release. High vocal performances from both Edman And Andren. Listening this album takes you back in time, a strange past feeling.

The songs are of the classic AOR vein. Big harmonies and choruses, with a mix of guitar and keyboards. The flavour is distinctly European, with the Swedish melodic rock flare highlighted throughout. The production, while not of big budget standards, is considerably better than many of the independant or minor label releases we see. For an album of 10 smooth AOR ballads, both up tempo and slower, in the European flavour, I recommend you investigate Street Talk.

Great AOR album but could have done without the 2 instrumentals "Among Friends" and "Borrowed Time" and the acoustic version of "If You Say Its Over".Why do instrumentals when you have a vocalist as good as Goran Edman?-its a waste.

The first songs blows my mind. Melodic rock perfection. Both vocalists on this CD are great, and there is a good vibe to it. An abundance of love songs, but the melodies and execution is good, so good on 'em. Only complaint is the silly title 'Collaboration' for a debut. Sounds like a best of album...

One of the highlights of '97 for me and a mighty fine West Coast/AOR album. I bought the Jap version on the recommendation of someone and remember being blown away by some of the stuff on here. Today it still hits all the right marks and holds it's own against some other very strong releases in this genre. One of the top bands of it's type with 4 absolute belting albums to it's name.

As Rude wrote in 2002(now is +12), Fredrik's music touches your emotion, makes you think 'bout years when everyone of us was younger...you know, a feelin' whrn a some tears drop..."Could You Be the Only One" was a fave song of my late best friend, listening to it right now. Rude, cheers, wherever you are...

Most of the songs in here are mid tempos or moody ones but greats IMHO...i own the Japanese release with 3 bonus tracks("Separate Ways"/Worlds Apart",originally from Journey,"Conclusion" & "I'll Always Remember")...my faves are the nice ones 2,3,6,7 plus the "rocking ones" 1 & 4...of the b/t's the one of Journey is pretty decent...enjoyable and pleasant...87/100

The band's debut melodic AOR album heavily influenced by Steve Perry and JOURNEY. In fact, it's like Journey's softer midtempo songs. You get fluffy keys and vocalists Goran Edman (Glory, Malmsteen, Kharma). Street Talk showcase some of the finest, most melodic AOR and westcoast tunes you'll hear. Totally essential, ultra high quality all the way through every track.
