Aug. 20, 2025: Temporary Message Board ClosureThe company hosting the message board sprung a surprise price hike on me that would have more than tripled the monthly hosting costs, so I've been scrambling to find an alternative. I've purchased a license for self-hosting a different platform and am hiring a consultant to migrate the existing board's content (posts, user profiles, etc.). However, this means I need to shut down the message board for anywhere from 3 days to (hopefully less than) a week so the data can be migrated. While this is an expensive proposition up front, it should result in some long-term savings. The current message board will be closed down at some point this Saturday, August 23. I will post updates here. The main site (where you are reading this), will NOT be affected. -Dan |

A range of styles, from Black Sabbath-like doom to summerfeel hardrock. VEry good sound and absolute fantastic vocals by one of the best singers on earth... 9 out of 10. Also check out Ark, Millennium and Beyond Twilight for more superb vocals by Jorn Lande |

Octav, the new Jorn CD is called Out To Every Nation and it is a bit of a letdown, IMO. Maybe I need to give it a couple of more spins to fully digest the album, but it did not grab like Starfire or Worldchanger did. |
From: Rockhead | Date: May 27, 2004 at 10:36 |
Live with it!! I have found that after a couple of weeks those little babies start eating away at ya. Not as immediate but a definate grower IMO |

From: Geoff | Date: January 11, 2005 at 2:23 |
A lot better than the debut, and a more complete CD. I think part of the genius of this guy is the musicians he chooses to hang around and get to record on his CDs. The music is nothing short of brilliant, and overall it's a good, solid and heavy peice of metal. Great stuff. Huge melodies too. |

AHHHH no me gusta nada.. |
From: Figge | Date: March 9, 2006 at 17:33 |
What a vocalist! This is, along with ARK's "Burn The Sun", the best album of the year (2001). Contains two of my absolute favourite songs - Sunset Station & Bridges Will Burn. Recommended for lovers of classic hard rock/metal with strong melodies. |
From: juan carlos | Date: March 21, 2006 at 15:38 |
