Nov. 13, 2024: 25,000th CD added to Heavy Harmonies!

The 25,000th CD has been added here at HH, and the album with that distinction is the new comeback album from Krokus lead singer Marc Storace, entitled Crossfire.

The music discographies on this site are works in progress. If you notice that a particular Striker CD release or compilation is missing from the list above, please submit that CD using the CD submission page. The ultimate goal is to make the discographies here at Heavy Harmonies as complete as possible. Even if it is an obscure greatest-hits or live compilation CD, we want to add it to the site. Please only submit official CD releases; no bootlegs or cassette-only or LP-only releases.

EPs and CD-singles from Striker are also welcome to be added, as long as they are at least 4 songs in length.

Good to see Striker's discography crossover from BM/HH. With the band's mullet masters group pic sporting Oakley welding goggle shades, you know they are firmly entrenched in the 80's, and not taking themselves too seriously. The fun video for "Best of the Best of the Best" has a Pontiac Fiero (The anti-Ultrapower 4-6 cylinder 140HP engine). I got into this group with the release 'Stand in the Fire (2016)'which is well done 80's inspired Metal/MM. All of the bands previous 7 albums would fall under the Metal/MM umbrella with power and thrash influences. 'Ultrapower' is their most versatile album to date with multiple songs in MHR territory. "Give it all" even has a saxophone solo. Striker are part of only a handful of bands IMO like 'Girish and the Chronicles' that aren't copy cat clones of their 80's heroes, but instead do a excellent job carrying the Metal/MHR torch to a younger generation.
