This is the best Bickler era Survivor album. Chevy nights, Poor mans son, Love is on my side, and the hard hitting 'Take you on a Saturday' are the albums highlights. A lot of people especially on the Survivor web site prefer the vocals of Bickler over Jamison, so listen to this (Bicklers best effort), then listen to 'Vital signs' with Jamison and judge for yourself. Jamison is supreme. |

Agree with Chris about this being the best Bickler era album. I don't even think it's any contest. My favorite tracks would have to be "Chevy Nights", "Summer Nights", and "Poor Man's Son". 8/10 |

Great album, I had an interesting conversation with Jeff Scott Soto about this album, he prefers Dave's vocals over Jamison's, and I tend to agree. |

It's here that the band starts maturing towards the big success to follow. Poor man's son definitely is the eyecatcher (earcatcher) here, what a great song! |
