Good, decent AOR ! Not top class, but very pleasant and nicely done. You could do a lot worse than checking this out. You could be pleasantly surpriced. Nice one ! |

I liked the first album a lot better. Opener "Could you Believe" is excellent, but this just tails off dramatically. Poor mixing on this CD, and a fair few fillers make this just above average for me. |

I think these guys are under rated. They play upbeat hard melodic rock fit for a king at supper time.Say you're not lonely is my favourite melodic rocker. No reason why & story of our lives are not far behind.Could you believe & somewhere someway are also good songs.PRIDE have taken over the vacancy left by DEF LEPPARD when it comes to playing powerful highly melodic rock songs. This cd is A SIGN OF PURITY in the true traditional melodic rock sense. No modern rock on this one.Great stuff. |

If you want pure class melodic hard rock, check this band out. I agree that the production is muddy in places, but hardly worth worrying about. It has everything you could want. This CD was in my player for months. It's that good. |

Another brilliant CD. I don't think it's quite as good as the debut and hate to admit it, but mostly due to production. The band sound awesome, but they just need a bigger, fuller drum sound and they'll be perfect. The guitars are still outstanding, as are the vocals and the songs top-notch. Heavier drums next time and it'll be 100%. 'Somewhere someway', 'Say you're not lonely' and the killer heavy balladic closer 'Still raining' are two of my faves. Highly recommended. |

Wasn't convinced in the slightest by this band until i witnessed them live. Breathtaking...especially the singer, who is a total Bon Jovi clone. |

"Could You Believe" es mi favorita, "Somewhere Someway" "It's Just Me" "No Reasons Why" "One Time Around" tambien buenas. La voz me recuerda a Bormann o a Ted Poley tambien. 8/10 |

Another fantastic disc from this British band. I sure hope Matt and others give it another shot at THIS type of music. A couple fillers on this one but it has some absolute gems too. 90/100 |

excellent 2nd release by PRIDE which i d say its quite similar with their wonderful debut!guitar driven commercial hard rock music ,a blend of HAREM SCAREM with a little of WHITE LION maybe is a description of their sound.the guitar work is amazing and the songwriting very ,very good indeed!highlights are "heaven s waiting","it s just me','could you believe".both releases are highly recommended |
