Love David Reece and Love Bangalore Choir, BUT I'm only liking a few off of this. I have given this quite a few spins already, so not to sure it's a grower for me. |

I was one and done with 'Metaphor'. It's a step down from 'Cadence', and light years away from 'On Target'. Reece still has the pipes, as he and Curtis Mitchell are the only original members left. The band needs to recruit some quality outside song writers, as they did with "Angel in Black' written by Steve Plunkett, To me this is a bland, blusey hook-less release. |

While this is not in the same league as "On Target" I definitely think it's an improvement over "Cadence"....Songs such as Trojan Horse, Always Be My Angel, Don't Act Surprised and the Title Track all kick ass...oh yeah, and Curt Mitchell stills shreds. |

I agree that those are the best songs(Trojan Horse could have been on Cadence), but I like Cadence more than this one as a whole. |

I think this is better than Cadence. The songs Trojan Horse and Don't Act Surprised are my favourites. |

This is a straight forward rock album as simple as that, not such much of a differ between this one and "Candence" in music quality i guess..."All The Damage Done","Trojan Horse","Don't Act Surprised","Catch An Angel Fallin'"Fools Gold" & "Always Be My Angel" are my faves...78/100 |

pretty good release by BANGALORE CHOIR and def a grower ,as there are many hidden hooks and excellent guitar work by Curt Mitchell which is the strong point of that one!Of course i d prefer some better songwriting ,but overall this will satisfy the fans!"trojan horse","silhouettes on the shade","always be my angel " are the best songs!grab it if you find it cheap |
