A decent album, but I was kind of disappointed to hear a difference in the band's sound. The heavy metal sound is replaced by a shiny 80's-hard rock texture, and the bass levels are turned somewhat down. Guess the band wanted to get a broader appeal to the masses. At least they still have David Zaffiro playing on the album (he left after recording was finished) - that saves the album somewhat for me personally. (7.5 out of 10)

Toned down, but good. More bluesy at times. Shakin' It: a reflection of the TV ministry sex scandals in the 80's?!?!

Less metal, more hard rock-oriented than the band's previous albums. David Zaffiro's guitars still sound pretty darn good, though, as someone mentioned, the bass could have been better. Not a perfect example of Christian hard rock, but the songs still have plenty of energy to get you movin'. In the discography of BLOODGOOD, this is one of the lesser efforts, but it's still a fine slab of holy hard rock.

Apparently the bass is low because most of the low end of the sound was accidentially removed from the mix. Still a cool album, despite the lighter sound.

'Never be the same' and 'What have I done' are pretty good, but the sound isn't great here. Yeah, not sure what to make of this one. Being another christian band there are still lyrics which make me cringe, but these guys were not as bad as some. This is decent hard rock, IMO.

Excelente mezcla de metal y hard melodico nos ofrece esta banda en este disco. Otra banda cristiana de las buenas. Temazos- NEVER BE THE SAME-WHAT HAVE I DONE-IN THE PRESENCE-SEVEN.Influencias de DOKKEN y FIFTH ANGEL

The band with a much more comercial sound and aproach this time round. Almost like an effort to apeal the hairband crowd. Whatever, I still thought that "Seven" and "She's Gone" were just stellar. A lot of the disc I could have done without however.

Acá en Perú sonó el tema "Heaven on Earth" en un espacio de Metal Cristiano que había hace tiempazo. Hardrock con tintes metal y tambien melódicas como ese temazo llamado "What Have I Done?" mi favorita sin dudas, "The World (Keeps Movin' Around)" otro temazo melódico. Cierto Sergio esto es un cruce entre Dokken y Fifth Angel. Muy bueno aunque muy corto el tiempo y el voceras solo aceptable. 8/10
