If you see any errors or omissions in the CD information shown above, either in the musician credits or song listings (cover song credits, live tracks, etc.), please post them in the corrections section of the Heavy Harmonies forum/message board.

The music discographies on this site are works in progress. If you notice that a particular Zed Yago CD release or compilation is missing from the list above, please submit that CD using the CD submission page. The ultimate goal is to make the discographies here at Heavy Harmonies as complete as possible. Even if it is an obscure greatest-hits or live compilation CD, we want to add it to the site. Please only submit official CD releases; no bootlegs or cassette-only or LP-only releases.

EPs and CD-singles from Zed Yago are also welcome to be added, as long as they are at least 4 songs in length.

Utter crap. Avoid at all costs.

This is a great band and a great metal CD. I think that "Don" from up above is "Utter Crap," and he should go back to listening to fake metal like "shitknot" and "kornhole."

Strange and beautiful! Very atmospherical but yet heavy...A lot of "themes" mixed with ordinary sounding metal tunes. A good effort in trying to create something new with an at that time worn-out metal-scene (Too much mainstream). I think this, their debut, is far better than "Pilgrimage"

Hotspots: "Zed Yago" (A very strong metal tune...Kinda like a metal anthem) and "Queen & Priest" (If this doesn't feed your appetite for melody then nothing will!) "Spell from over Yonder" is a killer intro by the way...

From: Scandinavia Date: June 8, 2003 at 21:39
Sorry, The intro I meant was "The Flying Dutchman"....References to "Wagner" (the composer) by the way...Nuff said!

Well I can only say this, Hell Yes. This album, BOOM! Zed Yago gives story to Metal and without shirking creates an incredibly high standard. This group needs more exposure. Let the world hear them. Let the world know that Goth-Metal has finally found it's true avatar. Zed Yago is my darkest dream with a soundtrack. Buy it.

I have one lp of Jutta W. as a solo artist,it came out in 1978 and for me it was kind of bluesy rock and roll. Also i have the opportunity to see them live in England as a support act for wasp and they really kicked ass, that was back in the čighties. What are they doing right now?

From: Eleni Date: March 6, 2005 at 2:50
Both Zed Yago and Juttah Weinhold released new albums in late 2004. I haven't heard either of them yet. And something irrelevant: Juttah has the best female voice in the whole Metal scene! No wonder why some call her female Dio...

The album per se is not that bad(if you are being objective of course and accordibg to some "extra comments" i've heard about),this might be just a simple MM release that one way or another has some link with Warlock's style of songs(Doro Pesch motherly band)...i had the chance of seeing this act live as a support act to WASP in 1989 when they released their following album "Pilgrimage"...talking about this one i liked these tracks(basically the whole package caught my attention):"Rockin' For The Nation"(the best cut IMO),"The Spell From Over Yonder","Zed Yago"(epic!) & "Revenge"(good solid chorus),"United Pirate Kingdom","Stay The Course" & "Rebel Ladies"...Jutta is one of those female singers that has been around the rock circuit since late 70's and was always like an underrated one in the german scene...80/100
