| Solid, but nowhere near the gem that World on Fire is. That one goes into the top 10 of all time...

| Got this album very cheap...Gee I'm lucky :-) Their best production although the songs are much weaker than the ones found on "World on Fire" & "Unreleased"...The vocal range seems strangely limited in comparison to the two other releases. Not enough drive here & what's that rap thing going on? Hmmm...Some good rockers here anyway.

| Well, after some heavy rotation in my disc player this album kind of grows on me...Some rather memorable parts now & then...But that could might as well be the trademark of TOUR DE FORCE...Damn good band!

| Saw these guys live in new york at their last show as Tour de Force. I had never heard of them before and never forgot them. these cds are a blessing to me. Their soundcheck nearly knocked my teeth out. The show itself simply rocked. Their live sound was a lot more agressive and heavier than the cds portray and chali cayte was simply powerful. When he sang you felt like you were in trouble or being yelled at. He sounded like Graham Bonnett of Rainbow and alcatrazz fame.

| Am I the only one thinking that the cool intro to "Flesh" is strikingly similar to Ozzy's "Mr. Tinkertrain"???? Anyway, Tour de Force is one of those bands that just can't sound bad...It's a law of nature I guess...The world's best unknown band! No doubt...

| I always thought Flesh sounded like a Cross between some Aerosmith tune and Queen's We Will Rock You... Anyway this is a solid CD. Unfortunately their 2nd CD is so damn good I only pull this out if I wanna hear one of three songs. Shattered Dreams, Perfect Lover, and of course, the best song which could easily fit onto their second album, Watercolor. Even with three great songs, other than maybe Flesh most of what's left just isn't that enjoyable. 6/10

| Unfortunately I don't really play this one very often, if at all. 'Watercolour' is my favourite Tour De Force song of all and is just an outstanding track, but the rest just doesn't do it for me at all. Pretty good hard rock, but also pretty average. Worth 'Watercolour' alone though.

Yeah Dan you're right this has nothing 2 do with the band's best effort that is "World On Fire" of '96...good and average is the best way 2 describe this album..."Flesh","Perfect Lover","Watercolor"(nice solid softy),"Shattered Dreams","Mainstreet","Push"(rocks good!)& "Say Goodbye" are the ones for me in here...75/100

| The demos had been so good that they were reckoned to be the best thing "ever" ........The sound..........well how about blending NIGHT RANGER, PROPHET, DOKKEN("Under Lock and Key"), the almost forgotten one-offer, RED DAWN, the LA stylings of SILENT RAGE and the smoother masters DANGER DANGER, Europe's best kept secret TNT, Jeff Scott Soto's EYES. It's musical AOR brilliance!!!!!.......... The grooves are effortless, need I say more?
