The album that started it all ....what a classic!!!

From: Dennis Clark Date: September 10, 2002 at 4:32
Definitely a classic one. This album has to be on the same verge with such all-time classics; Hendrix's "Are You Experienced", Led Zep's "Zoso", The Who's "Tommy", Aerosmith's "Rocks", Bowie's "Ziggy Stardust", Queen's "Night At The Opera", "Van Halen", Pink Floyd's "The Wall", AC/DC's "Highway To Hell", "Montrose", Def Leppard's "Pyromania", Whitesnake", and a lot more. I just feel bad sometimes whenever I don't find this album included when I read some magazines that feature the all-time great

Classic Hard Rock album! "Can't Get Enough" can always pick me up, great song! The heavy bluesy songs totally groove with Rodgers on vocals and Kirke keeping a steady grooving beat. And the mellow songs are all excellent. "Seagull" is a great acoustic song as well.

What a classic! The voice, The guitar licks, The production. Now this is rock & roll!!

From: Metalmusicman Date: December 31, 2006 at 19:18
This album is a rock classic as good as any released by Led Zeppelin, AC/DC, The Who, or Aerosmith in that era, but for some reason is often overlooked and I don't know why as it is jam packed with rock radio staples such as "Can't Get Enough", "Rock Steady", "Ready For Love", and "Bad Company". I mean this is great stuff and it plays well from start to finish. Only "Don't Let Me Down" or "The Way I Choose" could be considered filler. Very good stuff! I give it 8 out of 10.

From: edwithmj Date: November 25, 2011 at 17:45
A classic debut. Ready For Love is my favourite and Can't Get Enough and Bad Company come close behind.
