Proof that ANYONE can get a record deal -- even 10th-rate soap opera actors... How this didn't win a Grammy for Best Unintentional Comedy Album is a mystery for the ages... |

Coo! Quite a few nasty reviews here! I don't think it's such a bad album, Weatherman Says is a nice breezy (sic) track and Island Fever is good too. I must admit I quite like this album! There's nothing groundbreaking (is anything in AOR today) on the album but overall it has a kind of a kind of late night sort of AOR feel...slightly West Coast. I think a lot of people are knocking this coz the guy was an actor..well so was Rick Springfield! Very 80's sounding MOR keyboards and production feel. |

Less Hi-Tech AOR/Power Pop and more into the AOR/Melodic Rock genre...which was awesome because even though his debut was a blast,it was catalogued as a teenager's poppy album for some so called "critics" of the music bizz...anyway my faves in here are "Wheatherman Says"(catchy),"Love...Find It"(catchy ![]() ![]() |
