If you see any errors or omissions in the CD information shown above, either in the musician credits or song listings (cover song credits, live tracks, etc.), please post them in the corrections section of the Heavy Harmonies forum/message board.

The music discographies on this site are works in progress. If you notice that a particular Arch Rival CD release or compilation is missing from the list above, please submit that CD using the CD submission page. The ultimate goal is to make the discographies here at Heavy Harmonies as complete as possible. Even if it is an obscure greatest-hits or live compilation CD, we want to add it to the site. These guys need to take a page from Impellitteri's playbook & write catchy songs to go along with their guitar shredding, which rivals some of the best out there but is usually in service to subpar songs. That said, ARCH RIVAL is superior to Malmsteen, since they avoid the ego-driven showboating that plagues Yngwie. How much you'll like this CD depends on what you look for in melodic metal. Fans of ripping guitars will be pleased, but fans of big hooks will feel like they got burned...

"Enter the Dragon" is just what a metal ballad should look like

From: shoemaker Date: August 6, 2007 at 6:05
Yes, "enter the dragon" is a must have!!!

From: shoemaker Date: August 2, 2008 at 13:59
Buy it! Cause you can get it real cheap and "enter the dragon", "Heavens kiss" and "Ultra violence" are worth a price ten times higher.

What a nice surprise. Bought it really cheap and worth much more. The rating for this one doesn' match its quality. Good release !!!!
