In case someone didn't know, that is indeed Brian Adams singing backup on Don't Forget Me (When I'm Gone), which is a great tune. The rest of this album didn't have much to offer.

The haunting "Looking at a Picture" (from "The Thin Red Line") isn't on here, otherwise, it would be the only GT CD you'd ever need.

The song Someday...... there is an 80's tune that I love which the lyrics are "Somday... you'll be shedding your tears, and you will cry over me"..... is this Glass Tiger???? It sounds like them, but the lyrics from their website are for a totally different song. HELP!!!

Patrick - from what you've written, yes, it sounds like the song you're after. Haven't looked at the website so can't comment on that. Nice song though and a good collection, just about all the GT you could want.

Hi Patrick, Yes you are right, when you search the internet you will come up with very strange lyrics for this song. But these are wrong.... The song you are searching for is indeed 'Someday" from Glass Tiger. It is from the 'Thin Red Line" cd, and in fact is the best track on the album. The best Glass Tiger album for me is SIMPLE MISSION....one of the greatest AOR albums there is.

Glass Tiger's lead singer has a couple of solo albums out. Check out his website www.alanfrew.com. you won't be disapointed. Carol

My favorite greatest hits album in a world full of them. These guys were so underated it's not even funny. 'Watching Worlds Crumble' is moving as hell. 'I Will Be There' and 'I'm Still Searchin' are great uptempo pop songs. Good, good band. 10/10.

Saludos.

Todo un Clasico total un buenisimo album da gusto escuchar temas como "You're What I Look For" con ese sonidito de fondo que lo hace impresionante me encanta, y que decir de "My Song, Animal Heart" con ese sonido de guitarra a medio tiempo. Mi Dios que buen albun y aun no acaba la magia ahora mi tema favorito Blinded Junto a Thin Red Line, el clasico Someday & I Will Be There joyas para los amantes de este genero musical de un nivel superior

Enjoying this compilation once again...actually i'm "stick" to the tiger since 2 weeks ago listening to their whole discography ...a band that is still rocking in their native Ontario(Canada) and doing well..."Don't Forget Me(When I'm Gone)","Thin Red Line","Someday","I Will Be There","Diamond Sun","Animal Heart","Simple Mission","My Town" & the previously demo version of "Touch Of Your Hand" are my faves but basically the entire album rocks!!!...95/100

New Years Resolution - NEVER say in a sentence that Glass Tiger, Mr. Mister, Cutting Crew or Cher R-O-C-K-S. Did anybody make a 2011 resolution to submit Howard Jones? Let's party...

Dear MetalllianStallion...first of all happy new year...let me clarify something...when you say that a certain band ROCKS is simply an expression, nowadays the term ROCK/ROCKS is used(in a bad or in a good way) for a band or an artist that makes the crowd feel good or comfortable(IMO and surely in many others)...when you listen like, for example,Annihilator, what do you say???..they Trash!?,or when you listen to Burzum what do you say???...he Death Metals?!...i know that you basically DON'T LIKE these kind of bands or artists but at the end is music...music in its all,as a package, makes people happy...probably Glass Tiger for you they POP(and most likely is the real term to be used on them)but is a matter of tastes dude...Howard Jones???...i dunno....ask Dan...peace out...

a little add to my last comment.all songs are great but it s important to say that one half of this compilation (tracks 1.2.7.8.9.14.16.17.)are very pop ,not rock ,limit variety.the rest is a super class aor/new wawe record.track 11 "animal heart" is a killer hard rock song.
