Not as good as 'The Thin Red Line' which was a seminal Eighties Canadian hard rock release. Still has its moments. For anyone who likes Alan Frew's voice, check out Chesney Hawkes' 'The One and Only'. Very similar! |

Some good songs on here, but as a record in it's own right, not that brilliant. |

Good AOR, but nowhere near what they are capable of. 'Far Away From Here' an 'I'm Still Searching' are good tunes on an otherwise blah CD. |

Descent AOR but i agree not near as good as they can 'produce'. Loved their first album. Which IMO is somewhat of a semi gem. |

I owned this one a long long time ago. I always wondered what the guitarists and drummer were doing on the days of recording this album as I couldn't seem to detect any ounce at all of balls. What a weak, forgettable release. Not even good songs to back up the placid-ness, IMO. Easily avoidable. |

Fine AOR album I like the irish folk influence in some of these songs. |

Melodic Rock with touches of AOR and less Pop is what we have in here...shall i call it a more "mature" album???...probably yes!!!...this one delivered a step forward in the band's way of composing songs and it had some effect because this album was the open door to a more rocking album that followed this one named "Simple Mission" of 1993,actually their rockiest one up to now...my faves from this are "Diamond Sun","Far Away From Here","A Lifetime Of Moments"(beautiful),"My Song"(nice and catchy)& "Send Your Love"...enjoyable...85/100 |
