This is a fairly good album, they have a good mix between Melodicrock and AOR, definitely not any Hardrock here...Alot of keyboards in the songs and the singer has a nice voice too.The best songs to me is "Two Hearts and "Someday" who both are really good AOR songs! If you like "Statement - One For The Money" you should go for this.

From: Geoff Date: August 19, 2004 at 2:42
Hmmmm, decent is what I'd call this. Definately agree with the Statement comparison. I don't mind a few of the songs, but it's just a pretty patchy affair. The band sounds solid as individuals, but not that great as a band playing as one. I do really like 'Can't stop loving you', but I guess the poor lyrics and simple delivery of most the songs don't make it a winner for me. Pretty good CD, but I'd call it budget melodic rock.

If you like earler FATE and FAIR WARNING,this band must be your cup of tea.I fully agree why this CD was distributed by BMG even it's not released thru a major deal as THIS IS GREAT.

pretty good hard rock debut by MASON back in 92 and i d say that it would be great if the musicianship was better!all the songs have hooks and are catchy enough to satisfy and especially "two hearts","cool woman","someday","laurel n hardy" and "cant stop loving you"!useful addition in every hard rock collection!

Nice AOR album with some touches of Hard Rock...in agreement with the good comments above, especially Rafo Phoenix's one..."Can't Stop Loving You" is my personal fave,a nice AOR song indeed...other interesting shots are "Rockin' Round The World","Two Hearts","Hard Life","Cool Woman" & "The Eagle Cries"...with a good production this album should have sounded enormous!!!...recommended...87/100
