I love BODINE. Not only this album but also the ones that came after. One of my all time favorite bands from Holland together with VENGEANCE, HELLOISE, HAMMERHAWK, ANGUS, VORTEX, VANDENBERG and PICTURE. |

'Rock Rosetta' and 'Freight Train' are two of my favorites on the album. Absolute blues swaggering belters! 'Gonna Get Back To You' is another swagger and strut effort which has some smoking guitar from Xeros. They don't let up on Side Two either, with 'On The Look Out', 'New York City Streets' and the powerful 'Shooting Dice' all contributing rock solid tunes. |

Next to Picture, Bodine was one of the first bands that really got me. I saw Picture in Bosschenhoofd when I was 15 (that's 23 years ago, I still play the music in mp3, ripped from the LP. |

Ooh man ! This band really rocked those days. Back in the beginning of the eighties they had a club tour and one of their gigs was in Dynamo Eindhoven. Arjen 'Ayreon' Lucassen was their leadguitarist and shouter was 'Madman'Axel ! Hell the music was LOUD ! ! An unforgettable evening. |

Loved this band.Had this on vinyl and some how lost it.A different style of band, not Bonjovish.Pure metal in my book.Similar to Picture.Speaking of Picture anyone know about the album with make you burn, into the underworld, and eternal dark songs on it ? Been looking for a copy |

Not near as rockin as Bold as Brass, but this album has its moments. One thing that really stuck out for me is how Jay sounds like Paul Rodgers, which is a big plus in my book |
