Not as good as it's predecessor, but still a wonderful album. The power of Feeling Right and then the beauty of Fortune are an awesome combination. Unfortunately the following albums are very dissapointing. |

Disgree. The following albums are first-rate pop/rock with excellent hooks and harmonies. This album is, in my opinion, the weakest of the 5. Contains neither the flamboyant pomp of the debut nor the succinct melodic confections of the next three. And in terms of production, this was running on bald tires. Weak. |

1970's pomp glam metal meets progressive rock. Angel's second album is nothing short of brilliant. Check out my Angel page at: www.nolifetilmetal.com/angel.htm |

Reworking the sound of their debut album, Helluva Band shakes off most of the band's prog rock ways and finds our white-spandexed heroes writing songs with a little more edge. Two of the band's heaviest songs are on this one (Pressure Point & Mirrors) as is their first real "pop" effort (Anyway You Want It). "The Fortune" is the lone epic this time around, and even at 8 minutes+ it still packs a punch. All in all, a sadly overlooked piece of hard rock history. These guys were fun. |

This is OUT & OUT a CLASSIC, anyone doesn't know that, doesn't know MUSIC!!!! |

me again &&&&&&AND another thing,.....IT's their BEST!- least poppy, least anthemy, production KICKS- listen to Barry's drums & the keyboards! Frank sounds blistering as usual- never heard better pipes!!!! This band is SOOO dramatic, powerful, melodic.....if they'd only swung their ANGEL image to goth/angel theme- the UNIVERSE would be theirs alone! Every album says something. |

Good, but doesn't realize the band's full potential at that point. That said however, there is still enough of the goods to make this one worthwhile. |

I brought this album in 1977. To this day it still smash ass. Before the 80's big hair ballads these guys did it and didn't get the recognition. Just listen to "feelings". That last solo is the most put together solo that I've every heard during that time period next to any Ace's. Punky is the man. Also , the live album is beyond thought. I still jam along to it to this date. Angel forever. |

I am a big Angel fan! Got all their cd's. Out of all of them the brand new one that came out really SUCKS! I was hoping they would be a comeback band. What a BIG LETDOWN! After buying that one I am half scared to by anything else they come out with!!!!!!!!!!!!! |

A friend of mine was kind enough to turn me on to this amazing band a while back and I can't thank him enough. While not quite as good as the previous release this one picks right up where it left off with the musical formula. The songs are a little weaker in spots, but still a well rounded album and an ejoyable listen. "The Fortune" is a progressive rock masterpiece. Very good stuff! |

"Feelin' Right" yeahh! éste tema es muy bueno, con ese juego de solo de guitarra con el solo de Teclados a cargo del famosillo Greg Giuffria. |

5 out of 10. This band was to be an alter ego to KISS. The dark, devilish KISS to the white angelic ANGEL. |

Great album!!!...these guys surely knew how to mix Hard Rock with Pomp ..."Feelin' Right" opens fire enthusiastically good,"The Fortune" gives us an "epic" feel,"Anyway You Want It"has a catchy chorus and for the rockers at heart 2 good shots in "Mirrors" & "Pressure Point"...Gregg Giuffria and C.o. delivered a fine piece of album in here ...83/100 |
