I haven't heard the whole album, from the clips it sound cool, just like of t.s. I give it a 6

From: Bean Date: March 11, 2001 at 20:50
Sounds alright, but it sounds like mid-80's rock. I didn't realize till I read the whole page that it was released in 2000. For a retro mood I'd give it 7, but for all other times I'd give it 4.

From: marlon aguilar Date: August 10, 2001 at 4:48
cool sound from 80's with my buddy mateo diaz we gave 8.5

From: joy zamora Date: August 10, 2001 at 4:49

Dee Snider is the sickest shit out there man, and Strangeland man, that was talent, Twisted Sister, another sick band, Dee is the man!

From: vince Date: December 23, 2002 at 23:06
THE MUSIC GETS ABOUT A 6,THE PRODUCTION GETS A 5,THE COVER GETS A 5.....BUT ITS DEE SNIDER,HE BRINGS THE WHOLE THING TOGETHER INTO ABOUT AN 8 OR 9.VERY TALENTED AND UNDER RESPECTED VOCALIST.

From: steve Date: April 28, 2003 at 18:02
i think dee and twisted sister should comeback, they ruled and dee is a twisted cool and great song writer and singer.

From: T-Bone Date: April 28, 2003 at 18:40
Twisted Sister are back right now. All 5 original guys are doing some shows overseas and then onto a US tour. Read about it at www.knac.com right now.

From: Rycheage Date: July 20, 2003 at 19:17
I didn't expect Dee to be in such fine voice, nor did I expect his band to be so in tune with each other and pumped to the max! This is a great classic American hard rock record with Dee Snider at his snarling best and easily his most menacing since his days with Twisted Sister. It's tough, it's heavy and it rocks hard, but the songs are strong and the melodies are recognizable.

Dan McCafferty guitars??? Dan McCafferty, from Nazareth???

From: Big Papa K Date: June 15, 2004 at 3:48
A bunch of leftover and unreleased tunes from Dee's back catalog. Having said that this really is not too bad, considering I am not a great fan of his groups (but love the personality of Dee himself). 5/10

From: JE$$IE R. Date: January 11, 2005 at 23:25
I LOVED THIS ALBUM! VERY NICELY DONE BY ONE OF THE BEST FRONT MEN OF ROCK, DEE SNIDER. THIS GUY IS SO UNDER RATED. LOTS OF TALENT HERE.

From: z4roxx Date: February 19, 2005 at 22:00
First track is promising but after I hear too many fillers as my tastes. The only amazing and remarkable songs is the last one,IMO.Forgetable release for the great Dee,I hope he'll return with a better solo cd.5.5/10

From: Fat Freddy Date: January 22, 2006 at 14:02
Pretty decent CD, found this one used for a mere $5.99 and was pleasantly surprised. The only really heavy track is "Hardcore," an ode to Motorhead man Lemmy, but the rest is decent hard rock as well. The girl who sits next to me in my office likes the cover of Dion's "The Wanderer." A bit of useless trivia for all the geeks like me: Derek Tailer, who played bass on this album, is now one of the guitarists in Overkill.

From: Beikes Date: January 22, 2006 at 23:26
"The Wanderer" is actually not a cover song, at least not that way around It was written by Dee Snider, and then coveret by Dion.

From: Fat Freddy Date: January 30, 2006 at 21:42
"The Wanderer" was written by Dee Snider and covered by Dion? I think you got it backwards, Beikes. Dion was singing that song in the 50s and 60s before Dee had even gotten started in music... trust me, I grew up in a house where the oldies station was always on the radio, I'm VERY familiar with the Dion version and I know which one came first!

From: z4roxx Date: October 14, 2007 at 11:30
My first impression and rate was too low and ingenerous, some filler but some great hard rock moments!I can give to this solo Dee Snider's album a full 8/10!"Ride through the storm"has a memorable refrain!

From: Metal T Date: February 22, 2009 at 14:24
Alot of balls as usual..great disc! Dee has worked his ass off for hard rock/metal and it ain't gonna change anytime soon.'Hardcore','Call My Name' and the old Dion cover tune sound f-n excellent.

From: rick kerch vzla Date: February 4, 2011 at 12:53
Pretty nice album...not better than for example his debut with Widowmaker "Blood & Bullets" but yeah,it has its moments..."Desperado" is my fave one, catchy song,"Sometimes You Win" also is a stand up along with "Call My Name"..."Hard Core" & "Uh Huh Huh" both rock good & "Cry You A Rainbow" is a ballad...89/100
