Decent Westcoast/AOR album by the master Jim Peterik ...tracks # 9,10(nice) & 12(nice) are the ones for me but some other cuts like 1,2,4,5 & 7 can also be thrown into that bag.80/100

This doesn't do much for me, I'm afraid. Songwriting quality is lacking here, their album from almost 20 years ago had some killer tracks, this unfortunately doesn't. Only the Jason Scheff-sung and very much Chicago-alike track You're always there stands out.

Somewhat interesting release with quite an impressive roster of guest star musicians. Very AOR related. Winds of Change features Don Barnes (of 38 Special) and is good, albeit fairly atypical of AOR style music. Proof of Heaven (featuring Dennis Young) sounds very much like Paradise Theater era Styx. The standout track for me is The Hand I Was Dealt (featuring Danny Vaughn) with his powerful vocals and Peteriks' excellent fretwork! Fans of straightforward AOR style music I think will enjoy this release. Mt rating is 78. KoR!
